“The training was thorough and a very good refresh and knowledge check, however, I think the level 3 training could be split in to two parts. One with the HACCP element and one perhaps without it. I only have a small street food business and although the principles used are similar to our NCASS food safety system, the HACCP training was geared towards restauranteurs or those involved in kitchen planning or food manufacture. I didnt feel that that part of the training was relevant to my sort of business.”

“I wish I had done this course years ago. Extremely useful and informative. Though perhaps clock on exam section could be minimised to give clearer view of questions to save scrolling up and down?”
