“I enjoyed the training course however one of my answers was marked as Incorrect when it most definitely wasn't - no. 13 What is "Contact Time"? I ticked option 4, which is the right one I believe”

“Doesnt correct you with right answers when you have mini test through slides - I found this frustrating as I thought the answers were correct! Frustrating having to listen tot he slides and wait to move on!”

“slides not very explicative, too much writing and no animations. Better to also add some material to download and review afterwards. I've done Level 2 with another provider and slides were muich better and there were more questions asked after and during each modules.”
