I enjoyed the training course however one of my answers was marked as Incorrect when it most definitely wasn't - no. 13 What is "Contact Time"? I ticked option 4, which is the right one I believe

Doesnt correct you with right answers when you have mini test through slides - I found this frustrating as I thought the answers were correct! Frustrating having to listen tot he slides and wait to move on!

A great course and a very good refresher for units that have already got allergen procedures and practices in place.

The NCAA training was comprehensive and professionally designed. The course content was well structured, and the modules provided clear explanations supported by practical examples and visual learning materials. The training enhanced my understanding of key concepts and ensured that I am better prepared to apply this knowledge in real-world situations. Overall, it was an excellent and informative training experience

I had a truly positive experience with NCASS. The organization demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in allied and healthcare sciences. Their processes are professional, transparent, and well-structured, which makes everything clear and easy to understand.

I struggled to tick the boxes, some boxes didn't seem to want to highlight. Unsure if it was due to using a iPad and not a laptop. Will take this up with NCASS

slides not very explicative, too much writing and no animations. Better to also add some material to download and review afterwards. I've done Level 2 with another provider and slides were muich better and there were more questions asked after and during each modules.

Found a couple of the questions woeded ambiguously and answered back to front which was slightly frustrating. My advise would be to read not just 3 times but 5 or 6!

Whilst the training content was very well rounded, I find that the user experience should be improved on as it may deter future trainings.
