“Found a couple of the questions woeded ambiguously and answered back to front which was slightly frustrating. My advise would be to read not just 3 times but 5 or 6!”

“okay but the exam page was very difficult to scroll down- half of the question section was often not visible with all the answers in view. The last part took me several minutes to see the page and submit”

“I think NCASS need to invest some money on redesigning their online courses so that they feel modern and interractive. They are very clunky to use and do not have the functionality to work seamlessley on phones etc.”

“The training was thorough and a very good refresh and knowledge check, however, I think the level 3 training could be split in to two parts. One with the HACCP element and one perhaps without it. I only have a small street food business and although the principles used are similar to our NCASS food safety system, the HACCP training was geared towards restauranteurs or those involved in kitchen planning or food manufacture. I didnt feel that that part of the training was relevant to my sort of business.”
