“the web browser got stuck a couple of times and would not register the correct answers (see my answer #2 which got registered wrong)”

“Very informative and great how it is interactive however on a number of slides the options are repeated which makes answering the questions difficult because they are the same but only one is correct and some information is misspelled.”

“The training itself was great - thorough and well paced for note taking. Having the option to download the material was also helpful as I'll have that available for future reference. I was disappointed in the initial lack of support when I had apparent issues completing the test despite trying two internet browsers however this was overcome when I took it over the phone with a very courteous woman.”

“Training was good but some of the writing was cut off because you couldn’t move the page up or down. Was given the answers in some instances before you had the opportunity to answer the questions. Would have liked to be able to change the accent of the trainer. But overall the material/ content was good quality and delivered in a way that it was easy to understand.”

“Good clear throurough course which met my needs. A bit repetitive in places. Was surprised when there was a test at the end - i thought the multi choice at each module's end was the assessment! A couple of grammatical / spelling errors noted as follows Deserts - dry sandy areas; desserts are puddings Don'ts not don't's”

“I initially began the training with the volume off, then realised the reason why the slides were slow was due to them keeping pace with the narrative! Some of the narrative is different from the words on screen, that could perhaps do with reviewing, but otherwise it was straight forward and helpful. The test didn't enable me to change my answer once I'd clicked my choice, so at least I know to choose carefully in future!”
