“The training was a valuable and accessible platform to attain training for the HACCP Levels 1 & 2. My only gripe is that the slides kept sticking and one of the slides had no voice over consistent to the rest of the course.”

“The Course is a little long winded but very informative, it has taught me some pieces of information that I did not know, I now feel that I can improve my working practice that little bit more, which is always good”

“Very informative and great how it is interactive however on a number of slides the options are repeated which makes answering the questions difficult because they are the same but only one is correct and some information is misspelled.”

“The course was good and straight forward to follow at your own pace. There were a few grammatical errors and some of the questions could have been worded a bit better to make them clearer to understand.”

“The training itself was great - thorough and well paced for note taking. Having the option to download the material was also helpful as I'll have that available for future reference. I was disappointed in the initial lack of support when I had apparent issues completing the test despite trying two internet browsers however this was overcome when I took it over the phone with a very courteous woman.”

“Training was good but some of the writing was cut off because you couldn’t move the page up or down. Was given the answers in some instances before you had the opportunity to answer the questions. Would have liked to be able to change the accent of the trainer. But overall the material/ content was good quality and delivered in a way that it was easy to understand.”
