“I was annoyed that the voice over did not pronounce the micro-organism names correctly and in one case it was completely wrong. Some of the tests between modules did not function properly or accept the correct answer when first clicked. The voice over did not always match the slide.”

“One answer wasn't clear more than one choice was needed and all relevant should have been asked for , The module one question one the wording for it threw me but other than that not to bad .”

“Simple and easy to navigate through the website. The only problem I experienced was the screens freezing. I would like to suggest the course notes are more visible on the website. As this would have been beneficial to me before the course start.”

“Comprehensive, interesting training. I enjoyed the quizzes and interactive elements of the course. It was sometimes frustrating having to wait for the lady to finish reading each section as I read at a faster pace than her.”

“The training portal had a few glitches, sometimes the radio buttons for selection of options did not work. Other than that the portal was simple to use and the instructions were clear.”

“Pretty good, good information and presented in a nice easy way to learn. Just make sure you click to the next module if you intend to take a break or you will have to go all the way through the last module again. Otherwise - good value.”

“It covers the area nicely and in hits all important points. However, the platform it is ran on is very inefficient. It is very slow and doesn't allow me to progress as quickly as I would like. There were a couple spelling and grammar mistakes throughout also.”

“It support was brilliant!l some pages really slow to load, also couple of mini tests wouldn't respond properly. Overall, very good course and learnt loads.”

“Very good overall. Only issue is that when you have to input words into a box it defaults to first letter uppercase. Unless you change it to lower case it is marked as wrong.”
