It was really a nice experience having the training from you - it was very interesting and easy to follow.

Good course with in depth information into food hygiene however noticed a few spelling mistakes.

On the whole good just a couple of ambiguous things I thought.

Just completed this, very good and thorough notes, and I am glad to see that at the end it is possible to download the notes. However, if you want to go back and find a section it is quite hard to navigate while still completing the course. I would have given this 5 stars except that there are a few spelling mistakes, typos etc.

This was very thorough in its content. A few spelling errors and annoyingly had to start from the beginning of the module twice when the internet cut out. I would have like a few more practical examples and a longer test would have enabled me to be more confident in the value of the certificate.

This was my third level 2 course, I hadn't refreshed it in a few years. Very comprehensive and thorough, with some new stuff from previous courses. A few minor quibbles. Some of the questions in the course I got wrong but there was no way to find the correct answers. In a few places the spoken text and written text were different and there are several typos in the text. Some of the test questions were worded in an odd way.

Excellent course, however there are a few typos during the course and occasionally the verbal content does not match that printed.

Courses well constructed Easy to study around other obligations. Course notes in the form of the slides allows to recap easily. Only downside is, if reading yourself then you have to wait for continue feature.

The training I have received so far (level 3 food hygiene, health and safety and first aid essentials) have been well laid out and informative. I passed with no major problems and the information has been very relevant. The training module itself isn't supported in Firefox. My biggest grievance was that I couldn't skip forward through the slides at my own reading pace and was forced to listen to the electronic woman repeat what's on the slide. It was pretty tedious at times.

Easy to complete course offering enough knowledge to help someone become safer around food. Let down a little by spelling and narration mistakes. Would Ben useful to have more information at the end as to where the weaknesses in a score are so one could go back and rerun those sections. Good value for money.

A thorough process preventing the skipping to test (good idea to ensure everything is listened to!). However some small errors stopping this from being 'very good' training; mistake on timing answers in 'Licensing' section - 11pm - 5am repeated twice when it should have said 11pm - 6am on one option; in 'Displaying Food' section, description on keeping hot food contracdicts itself?? Say's if keeping at below 63 then throw away after two hours. Then goes on to say 'reheat to above.....' and continue to serve???

Few mistakes in it, frustrated I got a question wrong as 2 answers were the same, but wasn’t part of the test so not necessarily important.

The training was thorough and methodical. Some of the speech did not line up with the text on the slides and sometimes the speech was slower than the time it took to read the slides.

Good course. Quick tests at the end of the modules helped to solidify learning. Did well to make some dull subjects bearable!

The process would have been quicker if there was a facility to read and move on independent of the tutor.

It wasn’t easy to recap at my own pace and I found myself switching off because the speed was too slow. Other than that very good and I passed!
