“Lots of information which was really helpfully but there should be a way for quick readers to move ahead with out waiting for the slide show to continue. its the only bit I found frustrating.”

“As I have setup businesses in the past alot of the information was common sense and relatively straight forward. It is easy to understand and the slides are well presented, the voice over is clear. I would say it gets a little repetitive on some of the modules. It gave some very good pointers around working with legislation/councils. I would say that in terms of equipment discussion it was lacking, I was hoping to see more about how to keep food warm/cold, cooking equipment and basics needs, what your stall/vehicle/ would need as a basic based on a few example existing setups. Overall it was good, but I would say that a lot of the information was directed to a complete novice.”
