“The training was comprehensive, however, it moved at a very frustrating pace. Not being allowed to skip a page until the voice had read the information was annoying, I could have completed the training in half the time by reading everything at my own pace. I found it difficult to focus as it was taking such a long time.”

“Easy to use, clear and concise. The visual aspects were useful making it more interesting, aiding learning and recall. I liked the way it was set out in modules (x8 on total), an introduction and summary to each and questions along the way relating to each module. It was useful being able to complete a module and then have a break until ready to continue at any stage later. My only criticism is that I wasn't aware that my 'browser' my not support some aspects of the course until after I had purchased and was ready to start. I use Mozilla Firefox and it gave 3 other options to use as browser, I installed Google Chrome. I did the course hoping it gives me a chance on getting a job interview for school catering. I haven't applied yet but it looked like a well written, recognised course that was good value and practical to complete ( I did it in various stages over a weekend).”
