The training has given me alot of knowledge that I never had before . The audio part of training I found very helpful in retaining knowledge. It has given me the confidence to get my very first businesses under way.

The training course is very well thought out. It covers all areas of street food training. It not only trains people but also helps people make decisions about trading and equipment. This really did give me a boost in knowledge and prepare me further to my venture. Brilliant

I found the whole experience very frustrating. The monotone nature of the dictation was very dull and hard to engage with, the random stock images attached to each slide serve no purpose but to distract distract. I feel that a video based course rather than slides would have been much more engaging and easier to learn from.

Learned a lot, enjoyed that the slides were read out; helped to embed the information. Disliked: many images of animal body parts which I found distasteful. I understand that it's important to learn about food safety/standards of meat and dairy even if it's not something I will serve once qualified, but I didn't enjoy seeing a skinned pig with it's legs chopped off hanging from a hook; nor the many slides showing steak! Also noticed many grammatical errors and typos which wouldn't bother me, but it made parts of the course difficult to understand.

I had the opportunity to make notes and interact plus chances to retake the course easily and without going through the modules again.
