“It had a sturdy, easy to use interface, with little No section to ask what made me unhappy? Occasionally poorly-thought out or badly-designed Q&As on the exam stage, including several answers such as: "Question? o All of the above. o Option A o Option B o Option C" Still, very good. Thanks.”

“This training was fairly good and accreditation such that it seems reputable. Unfortunately, the voice over lady made quite a significant number of mistakes, there were spelling errors, two of the questions in the training materials didn't work properly and one of the questions in the final test had 2 answers the same, only one of which counted as correct. The issues above really need sorting out! However..... this is still pretty good compared to many other online training providers so I would consider using NCAA's again.”
