“This training was fairly good and accreditation such that it seems reputable. Unfortunately, the voice over lady made quite a significant number of mistakes, there were spelling errors, two of the questions in the training materials didn't work properly and one of the questions in the final test had 2 answers the same, only one of which counted as correct. The issues above really need sorting out! However..... this is still pretty good compared to many other online training providers so I would consider using NCAA's again.”

“I started it and was able to go back to it after quite a couple of months which was great. I did have problems though as it missed out a module so I had to go back to it at the end then go through all the slides again of the following modules before I could complete. This was time wasting.”
