“The training is very good and enables you to do it in your own time. The only thing I could add is it would be good if it pointed it where you were wrong in the final test”

“At points in the training you are asked questions on a matter that you have not been trained about. I can't recall being told how to put someone into the Recovery Position. Overall, it was helpful at a foundational level. It has encouraged me to want to undertake a full 1st aid training course as soon as possible”

“Clear bullet points and well broken down into relevant bitesize chunks under suitable subheadings. However, some typos exist, and some words are wrong due to a lack of proofreading and then these are also read out. Perhaps some of the 'wrong' answers are a little obvious and it would be good to be tested a bit more.”

“Generally very good CBT but repeated itself in a few sections. I found the narrating of every line a bit much. One section it repeated the same title several times. Course could be condensed if the above issues were addressed.”

“Easy to access but a little monotonous at times. A more engaging voice would help the experience, as would correct subtitles With no errors which would give a more professional image to it all”
