“I was training using my iPad rather than a computer, so perhaps this was why I could not hear any audio - but if audio was also accessible in the course, it could be helpful to have the option to access it or toggle it off. The slides were clear and it was nice to be able to review your mini quiz answers. Very important information were in bold but also could be underlined to highlight this the importance too. More interactive exercises/tests could be used to help retain or exercise the information read, as well as add variety to the Training.”

“A bit frustrating if you’re a fast reader because you have to wait for the voice over to finish reading before you can move on but other than that it was a good learning experience.”

“The training was very informative and clear. I feel up to date with everything and I trust the info that is given. Some of the pages took a while to load and I noticed a part where it said 'delivery men' not.. 'delivery person'!”

“Well structured online learning. The Covid-19 training is timely and useful, however it's form and structure is not as good as other training provided by NCASS. From a online training design perspective I would add in test style questions in at least two sections to reinforce learning of key points as you progress. Some of the final test questions were naff, ie the incorrect answers were ridiculous in a few questions, making a pass grade pretty easy, ie 11 out of 15. A good start, but needs an overhaul in next iteration to be as good as say FH1. 2 and 3 training modules.”
