“The training is very comprehensive and technical. Most chefs would not have attained this detail of knowledge. However, all the terminologies are so difficult to general public. A chef is not an academic person and is unable to acquire such knowledge in a short period of time.”

“Lots of good information and easy to understand. Could perhaps be a little more engaging and maybe have the option to run through the slides without the talking over. For me personally, I find it easier to absorb information by reading rather than listening - and I couldn't read fully until the talking over had finished.”
