“This course was presented well and clear to understand, i passed first time. The only this i noticed is that there were quite a few spelling mistakes.”

“Clear and well presented~only gripe being logged out automatically,therefore having to re-sit a module twice,plus not being able to click on 2 answers given as options in module 7”

Hi Jan, Thank you for the review and comments on our online training course. I'm sorry to hear that you encountered some issues with the logging out function (the system shouldn't just log you out midway through a module without you clicking the logout button, unless your web browser expires your session because of no activity). If you are taking further courses with us and it happens again - please do call in as we can amend what screen you are viewing so that it represents the correct page without you having to re-take the same module time and time again.
