Easy to follow, and therefore retain, the information. Dashboard is set up perfectly to allow dipping in and out of course at your convenience. Lots of helpful stuff to inform as well protect.

Clear presentation although the inability to skip or see how many slides each upcoming module was until it was started was irritating and made planning difficult. Also having to do the HACCP module when I had just finished the HACCP module was annoying.

What a great course!. Value for money, it dosent drag on either, i passed and the info has stuck.this went down well with EHO that i am in NCASS and train through them

I thought the course was quite in-depth, perhaps a little too much for my needs. I did however, enjoy the course and found it easy to unnderstand.

I love the NCASS training, I love everything about NCASS. The only thing I don't like about the training is that is is massively boring. To be honest, that has more to do with the content than the presentation and I don't really have an answer as to how to make it not boring haha. One would be to make it more accessible to mobile users. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately as I went through the online training I found spelling mistakes and incorrect answers. I informed NCASS but rather than being thankful was treated as being nuisance. Was only trying to help NCASS

Hi Richard, It saddens me to hear this from one of our customers, we always take on board any feedback good or bad regarding our training as this assists us to shape the next course. Even though I've rated the actual training sessions highly I would like to add that actually getting set up is extremely confusing.
