“Clear presentation although the inability to skip or see how many slides each upcoming module was until it was started was irritating and made planning difficult. Also having to do the HACCP module when I had just finished the HACCP module was annoying.”

“I love the NCASS training, I love everything about NCASS. The only thing I don't like about the training is that is is massively boring. To be honest, that has more to do with the content than the presentation and I don't really have an answer as to how to make it not boring haha. One would be to make it more accessible to mobile users. Hope this helps.”

“Unfortunately as I went through the online training I found spelling mistakes and incorrect answers. I informed NCASS but rather than being thankful was treated as being nuisance. Was only trying to help NCASS”

Hi Richard, It saddens me to hear this from one of our customers, we always take on board any feedback good or bad regarding our training as this assists us to shape the next course. We have an in-house team continually working on updates and alterations with the courses and I would personally like to hear from you on the mistakes you've found so that they can be passed on to the relevant staff.
