“It was straight forward and easy to use, whileven also being informative. There were a couple of typos that needed common sense to work out, but people completing the course should have a good level of common sense.”

“Happy when it was over! Found it rather long even though you could take breaks between the modules. One of the practice tests drop down box didn't drop down so impossible to get the correct answer. Useful knowledge though for those in the catering trade. =:O)”

Hi there, It is a long course and isn't the most amazing subject but is essential for caterers so that they can operate safely and carry out safe practice for when selling to the general public. Appreciate your feedback and glad that you found the information useful for your future operation. Can you recall which section didn't give you the drop down option?
