“I was panicking about a number of things on my first large over 2 day street food festival we have been invited to. The UK street food course went a long way in addressing a number of my concerns. Really useful, easy to use and accessible.”

“Clear and well presented~only gripe being logged out automatically,therefore having to re-sit a module twice,plus not being able to click on 2 answers given as options in module 7”

Hi Jan, Thank you for the review and comments on our online training course. I'm sorry to hear that you encountered some issues with the logging out function (the system shouldn't just log you out midway through a module without you clicking the logout button, unless your web browser expires your session because of no activity). If you are taking further courses with us and it happens again - please do call in as we can amend what screen you are viewing so that it represents the correct page without you having to re-take the same module time and time again. “A lot of information - actually way too much information. I really don't know what it helps that I now know the internal structure of a bacterium. There is a lot of information which really is not related to a food business. The reading of all the text - and there is a lot of this - takes far too long and makes the whole course really boring. So after a while you do other things while the slide slowly comes to an end and you actually learn less. It is professionally made with nice images (most of them), but there are also a few errors. For example they tell you with a bacterial infection your MUST use antibiotics...”
