“Having been a member since 2017 we have enjoyed the perks of being a member, like the pack they give you every year including your COSHH and all other documents that go with being a mobile caterer, of which there are a lot and they are extremely detailed, that alone is worth the money. There are loads of other perks like the training, discounts etc.”

“I know they are trying to change and that takes time. But I really thinking of no longer being a member as not really sure I need it any more. Times are challenging and things change It's because harder for a small individual to run a business. And we need as much support as possible I do my bit to help others like myself. Running cost and trying to keep prices at a cost for everyone is not easy”

“I like that NCASS is always at the end of the phone to help. The cashback offers are good if you are trading regularly especially on gas. The risk assessments and book for temperatures etc is great and makes it easy to show EHO and events managers”

“NCASS is the ultimate go to for all food traders, and those who work in catering/hospitality. I have been a member for a couple of years, and I can safely say that every single time I have spoken with them, their level of customer service has been outstanding. You never feel like you’re bothering them - they are always happy to help. The best and most consistent customer service I have ever experienced.”
