The petfood is fantastic sadly the delivery experience is appalling. I am still awaiting delivery or refund

I am apoplectic that Naturo has changed the recipe of the Chicken with Herbs and Vegetables without warning. The tinned version was the only grain free food I had found that did not contain peas and I therefore order by the month. I had recently noticed my dog, who has a number of allergies including many grains and peas, was having the occasional tummy upset again. These have got progressively worse and I have now realised the reason as the current batch of tins contain peas. It is UTTERLY IRRESPONSIBLE to change the recipe without warning. I now have a month's worth of food costing over £100 that is making my dog ill.

Product is good, shame about the marketing and customer service. (Customer service all very polite, and respond quickly, but lacking in delivering any actual customer satisfaction.) Don't expect any of the advertised discounts to work unless you have read and absorbed *every* line on *every* screen, and make no assumptions. And don't expect any corrections or goodwill if you get charged more than you'd expected and report your concerns to them - even if they agree that your concerns are valid and thank you for the screenshots and notes which they are passing to the relevant department for action. 😞

The quality of their food is excellent however I've ordered from them twice now. Both times an entire tray has been so badly dented that they've been unusable. This time the contents had leaked. Both times customer service has been poor and it's been a fight to get answers or get refunded for the damaged items. Will not be ordering directly again.

Sadly I have not received this order due to DPD not delivering, not contacting me. I have tried to contact them to no avail. So I will please an order with someone else. 😞

Second order has not turned up. Told I would get one shipped overnight. Nothing has arrived. I now have to try and find grain free food at the mayhem of Christmas shops

There were issues with their website when I tried to change the date of a recent ongoing subscription For some reason when I changed the date two orders were placed and I have been charged accordingly I have made several calls and sent several emails to ask them to rectify this with no response It’s clear that they ate not absolve over the weekend to address issues which is very poor

I am very disappointed that the order I placed on the 5/12/23 still hasn't arrived. I don't understand why you are asking me for a review as if the order had arrived. This is the second order I have placed and both times the delivery has been late. Can someone tell me when it will be delivered please?

My dog is happy with the food but the delivery service was not good- I am better off getting it from Amazon, which is disappointing. I allowed a reasonable food supply but the delivery still hasn’t arrived so I’ve run out and have ordered from Amazon again

I began trying my Jack Russell Terrier on Naturo Food the ingredients of Turkey with potato and vegetables , however it made him extremely sick . I have a friend who feeds it to her spaniel with no problem at all . Sadly I won’t be giving my dog Naturo again .

At first my dogs seemed to really enjoy the Naturo dry and wet dog food, but as soon as they started it they had loose toilets. I put this down to just the change of food, this continued, I tried to see if it was anything else they might be having but was found that it was the ingredients in the food that did not agree with them. As a company, even though I complained about the state that the food tins were being delivered they were not willing to do anything about it and wanted to charge me to return their damaged tins. Also, I cancelled the food and on 2 occasions they still sent it out and took my money without authorisation. Very disappointed and would never buy this food or give my custom to them again.

Would of helped if I received the food I ordered really to be the judge of this to be fair after 2 nessages with no replie I've now opened a case with paypal

My dog has been eating Naturo for years. Unfortunately, when I order from the manufacturer, there are repeated problems with damaged tins. The tins are so badly dented that I haven't felt it inappropriate to give them to my dog. Frankly, it looks like they've been dropped from the factory roof. Needless to say the courier gets the blame, but I suspect the problem is more likely to be cheap tin cans. I won't be buying tinned food direct from Naturo again. I don't buy dented tins from the supermarket so why is it acceptable to have them from Naturo. Very disappointing.
