After feeding Naturo for many years we are now unfortunately cancelling our subscription as the recent changes just seem to have made the quality quite poor, one of my dogs won’t eat all the blueberries that the food contains so unfortunately we’re having to find a different food.

I have been using the wet Naturo dog food in the trays and my dogs have been fine, so I decided to use the dry food and it upset all my dogs tummies, so I have abandoned the dried, haven't even used 1 bag up, I will drop the bags into Pets at Home for the rescue dogs.

Our dog loves the food. BUT we have our subscription every month and there is always issue with delivering our parcels. Last week we ordered 4 boxes and received only 3 and when we will call they lie to us and next day try to send it as quickly as possible which is ok but why lie?

Hi Sona, I can see that your order was packed by our team on the same day, with your parcels unfortunately being delivered to you 24 hours apart. I can assure you that none of our team lied to you and this can happen with couriers and deliveries. We have since moved couriers and we hope to see a smoother delivery experience for you soon.

Wasnt happy with my last order both boxes came on different days and the second box was badly damaged and dalling apart . 😥

Although I'm pleased with Naturo as a product, I'm very disappointed by the customer service Naturo provided. I've ordered from them twice now. On the first occassion my order went missing (although in all honesty I think it was more of a case of it being forgotten about) and I had to send multiple emails to get it sorted out. On the second occassion, several trays were damaged on arrival. They'd burst open so they went in the bin. Unfortunately, as this wasn't a one off experience, I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.

Delivery’s are often late forcing me have to go out and buy trays from Tesco. This makes the delivery’s pointless.

The food is fine and my dog enjoys it however the delivery schedule is very poor. You order food and it can come anywhere between 5 - 7 days. Last delivery was late and when I try and get through to their customer services they could not give a toss. Disappointing and looking at other dog food companies.

Settled on naturo because my dog was fussy for a while and this is what he decided he liked. But, up until a few months ago, a 6 pack of tins was around £5.50. Now they're £7.50 and no longer stocked in my local pet shop (presumably to force people to use the subscription service on the naturo website). The price increase is ridiculous. I would switch if I could be sure my dog would eat another brand.

After two problematic deliveries I do not think now is a good time to ask for a review. Your choice of courier is in my opinion what you should be reviewing. I have spent 3 wasted days waiting for my incomplete second delivery and two for my first. Not what I call a good start and not something I want to repeat. No one wants to spend their days wasted like this

My dog's absolutely love this pet food which I normally bought in my local supermarket, so I thought I'd buy it directly from the supplier but unfortunately I had my order declined due to the fact my son had recently moved back home due to unforseen circumstances, so I was very disappointed to learn that even though we are two very separate people because he now shares the same address as me I couldn't have my own account which I feel was wrong, because in this day in age many people are living in house shares and want there own account, so for that fact, I'm totally disappointed with customer service and I will make sure I will let all of my friends and family know of your policy. 😔

I think there is definitely room for improvement. The order is currently taking 3-5 days to arrive after dispatch. Also it’s not very clear how I can use my points I’ve collected online.

Usually a good purchase but found some blue plastic in one of the senior food trays. Packaging had been disposed of so company unable to investigate further.

The product is ok but the delivery service was appalling. Delivery could be any day from a Wednesday to the following Monday, I would only know the day and time on the actual day messing up my plans for the week and on two occasions the driver claimed that I was unavailable to take delivery which was not true. As they were due after 5.00 I assume the driver wanted to get home. Shopping at the supermarket is far less stressful and the small additional cost is worth the convenience. I do feel that you have been repeatedly let down by DPD.

Your subscription service is poor. I signed up 3 months ago and the last two orders have been delayed. It defeats the purpose when I have to go buy food seperately. Also, many of the cans are damaged

Food is great but delivery service when order online let's them down. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago & it still hasn't arrived! I emailed customer service yesterday & have received no response - very disappointing.
