There were issues with their website when I tried to change the date of a recent ongoing subscription
For some reason when I changed the date two orders were placed and I have been charged accordingly
I have made several calls and sent several emails to ask them to rectify this with no response
It’s clear that they ate not absolve over the weekend to address issues which is very poor
