Sent to my previous address. I still haven't received the delivery, order placed on 6th December. Out of pocket because having to buy from supermarket to keep our dog in food.

I’m still waiting for an update on the delivery of an order placed 7 days ago - no update from DPD on their web tracking and no reply from Naturo for a request for follow up yet. I’m out of pet food now and can’t source from anywhere so now I’m cooking food from scratch for my dog who has specific health needs at the moment. Very poor customer response from Naturo.

Placed an order for a vast amount of items, received half of them but no one is responding to any of my queries or complaints and it’s now been over a week.

The products are good but unfortunately when my first order arrived it was the wrong products cans instead of trays!

The food it’s self is great but the delivery takes far too long. I ordered 48 tins a week ago and I am still waiting on the delivery. The time before I ordered the same amount and it took nearly a fortnight and several tins were damaged.

Had to wait ages for delivery, got emailed from the head of naturo or something saying about ferry delays or some bs, on my first order of my subscription, said i could email her if i had any other questions, emailed her and no response. What a joke

My dog loves naturo so I have no complaints about the product, however having ordered on the 5th September here we are still waiting for delivery? Asking for a review before the product has arrived is new to me.

We gave our springer spaniel half a pouch in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. Unfortunately in the evening she was sick and brought it all up. I have taken the remaining 5 packs to the dump.

I ordered two 12 packs of canned food. In one pack 10 cans were crushed/dented. In the other 6 cans were crushed/dented. This has happened several times before - on Naturo orders via Pets at Home and Amazon. The damage is clearly done via packing at the factory not in transit, as the 12 packs are tightly sealed together during transit. Something is badly wrong at the factory. If this lack of care and standards is given to packing, what about the contents? Don't think I'll be ordering again, sadly.

Orders arrive with the majority of cans badly dented - and this is not a one-off. The cans don’t get dented during delivery, it is during production. They are vacuum packed already dented. Naturo has a big problem with their production line. A real shame. But until they sort out their production, I won’t be ordering again. Who knows what else they don’t keep a careful eye on. The ingredients?

Truly terrible service. Arrived with blown packaging, some covered in mould, even maggots. Showed photos to customer service. Promised twice to deal with it. Never heard from them again. Will take things further. Disgraceful.

This food is great for my spaniel as he has a sensitive stomach,now I can buy online his even better because sometimes shops haven't got it

Quite a few tins were damaged and open. Looked like they just chucked the tins in a box and didn’t tape up properly.
