Asked for the nutritional break-down of the food, mentioned that I would be ordering in bulk due to running a rescue but have not heard anything back from the company, won't be ordering again because the ingredients and nutritional break-down is not forthcoming from naturo. Every company should be transparent with nutrition and FULL ingredient list available, if not on packaging but then certainly on request which is not the case.

I have used Naturo Natural Pet Foods for months now and their repeat order has always been ok but my last repeat order didn't go to plan I received the tracking as normal but when checking the tracking no information was available so I contacted them via their contact us link but didn't get any response so after 2 days I called them and got told the person that deals with this is on lunch and they would call me back. They never did so the next day I submitted another contact us as a complaint and still, no one contacted me so I called again and once again the person I needed to speak to was unavailable so I explained that I was not happy and that this is a repeat order and there was no point in having an automatic repeat order if it didn't ship when I needed it as I had at this point had to purchase other dog food as I had run out. I did get a call back this time but the person on the phone said I would need to contact DPD! I then in turn told her I am not DPD's customer they are so DPD would tell me to contact my seller she then tried to tell me that it takes up to 4 working days for delivery which every other delivery has been next day even on a Sunday but if that was the case they should then be shipping the order 4 days early so that the repeat order worked. I also asked why she never called me back she just said I didn't want to call you back with no information I just think they should have replied to me stating we are looking into this as I mentioned this is only the first issue I have had with them so will see how the next repeat order goes šŸ¤ž

I received 36 damaged tins of food. Initially, the customer service team seemed to be dealing with my complaint. I sent pictures and batch numbers etc as requested. I was told I'd hear back in 2-3 business days. It's now been 2 weeks. When I emailed them today to follow up my compliant, as I'm yet to receive a refund or replacement, they have BLOCKED my email address so I can't contact them! I will take this further, and report it to trading standards as they food tins had actually bursed open so I could not feed them to my dogs for risk of causing them food poisoning. Absolutely disgusted that the company has done this. 36 tins of food. I'm on maternity leave from work so already struggling financially, I might as well have wiped my a**e with the almost Ā£40 that I've wasted buying unusable food from this company.

Now 7 days since I ordered and nothing turned up, no proactive contact Iā€™ve had to chase twice. Tried not using Amazonā€¦ complete failā€¦ that would have been potentially over 10 years customā€¦ boom

This delivery of cat food was very grainy and not as smooth as before and our cat was sick after eating this. Has the recipe been changed. Will be sending this back for a refund.

The Naturo website let me order dog food told me it had been shipped then I got an email saying what I had ordered was out of stock!! Iā€™m now writing a review for something I havenā€™t had, not very helpful to be honest!!!!

Hi Michele, We are so sorry to hear your order has not arrived yet! Unfortunately, our courier service, DPD, has made us aware of unprecedented delays with our deliveries. This is due to both the national lockdowns imposed across the UK, as well as implications following on from Brexit they are dealing with. DPD are experiencing high volumes of online orders from across a range of sectors. Hi Martin, I am sorry that you were unhappy with delivery service. At the time of your order (April 14) we did inform customers it was taking up to 5 working days to reach homes due to the COVID-19 pandemic and extra pressure being put on courier services. Updates on this were provided through a pop up and notice on our website, as well as messaging on social media. I hope that when you received your product it was satisfactory. :)

Ordered direct from website, took more than 3 weeks to arrive, phoned up, was promised a return call, nothing happend. Had to chase myself. Very poor, would not use again.

My order was accepted and payment taken but no product delivered. I wrote requesting an update but still no response. I have now given the company an ultimatum. Either deliver the goods as ordered or return my money. Lousy service.
