We recently changed the flavour of the dry dog food because our dogs were getting bored, Unfortunately, the new flavour we tried didn't work at all, and that is when we found out that to send the 10kg sack back to Ireland we had to pay the postage. We've subscribed to Naturo for over a year. Have now cancelled my subscription.

Dogs will eat the tin dog food but the trays will not eat none of it

I love the food its of the best quality and my dogs eat nothing else but this food i highly recommend it. But if your ordering it the service is terrible i waited 2 weeks for my order and not much response from the sales line only do you want to cancel your order or wait on your order . Our dog was going to the kennels and we were going away. And i had to go out and look everywhere to try get food for him on the last minute, after buying 3 mts supply and no show. We did receive part order, over z week later and then the rest was returned back , and then finally we received the rest of the order. I wont be buying direct again

Sadly, two of our three dogs got a really loose tummy from the food, and when I requested to return, I have to pay postage to return my item (and I ordered a lot may I add) dread to think how much the postage is going to cost?

I was left feeling like a criminal due to your computer system 's inadequacy confusing me with the next door neighbour who had advised me of the company. The Customer care scored 2/10 in my mind as they didn't answer queries. They sent me the order before we had agreed I had not placed a previous order. Then decided to cancel my half price introduction of what was to be a monthly order, instead of 50% off first month I had to pay full price. Me guilty in their confused minds. Last laught is on them as the Salmon meal offends my dog! Went down the loo. Think it will have to go to the rescue center.

I cancelled a subscription order yet it was still packed and ready to be dispatched even though I was told it was cancelled. It still shows on my account as order complete and I have been charged for it too. Still waiting to be refunded.

Every single can is dented badly, they are all damaged in different places too so it’s obvious they were packed that way. The photo only shows a few of them and doesn’t do it justice.

My Labrador refused to eat it sadly. Considering labradors are usually dustbins who will eat anything this was clearly not his taste. A lot of money wasted. Delivery was incredibly slow too.

We ordered 2 months of food, which we needed before we left on holiday (we ordered over a week before leaving and delivery time was 3-5 working days) but the food arrived nearly two weeks after order so my flat mate had to accept the order and we had to purchase more food before we left. When we opened the packages there were a fair amount of the packs were split and mould coming out of the packets. I have uploaded pictures. Not acceptable.

Took 14 days to deliver when they state 5days . Poor customer service when I called .won't be continuing my subscription

In relation to Naturo, I don't have a bad word the dog food is amazing however my issue is with their delivery partner DPD, my order should have been delivered before Easter however I didn't get it too after easter which meant it was in DPD network for 5 additional days. It is unacceptable, DPD are not being held accountable.

Ordered direct, 30 cans - half arrived damaged, however the box was not damaged so my guess is they were dispatched damaged. Offered a £6 refund and only had £5 paid into the bank. See the picture attached, make your own mind up about the customer service!!

Although the good is good, yet again Iv’e had problems with delivery. Only part of my order turned up, contacted customer services - which I’ve had no response what so ever. Happy to take my money but not refund or resend the missing order.
