Dogs enjoy the food but delivery is very slow. I have not received this order yet and have had to buy some so they don't go hungry!

Hi Susan, Thank you for leaving us a review and we are so pleased your dogs love Naturo! We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived yet. Unfortunately, our courier service, DPD, has made us aware of unprecedented delays with our deliveries. This is due to both the national lockdowns imposed across the UK, as well as implications following on from Brexit they are dealing with. DPD are experiencing high volumes of online orders from across a range of sectors. 1 of my dogs was sick after eating and the other was OK, not sure if it was a ‘bad’ tin or he just didn’t get on with it. Had to go back to old brand for him.

Very disappointed that all cans ie24 were all badly dented not broken but in poor condition Hope this will not happen in future PETER Greatrex

Dogs like the food and quick delivery but ... why all the packaging! I fill one of my recycling boxes with the box that contains two boxes of food (why not just put a label on them?), and the associated internal packing paper. If you insist in delivering in a separate box, then make it the right size and save on all the packing

I ordered 3x 12 trays The food is excellent BUT 2 TRAYS HAD BROKEN THE FOIL HAD COME AWAY FROM THE TRAY CAUSING LEAKAGE AND I THEREFORE COULD NOT USE .

Adult Dog Grain & Gluten Free Chicken in a Herb Gravy 390g x 12 Has been priced at £10.00 for ages, then suddenly a 20% increase to £12.00. It is now cheaper to buy in shops. However, the order and delivery process is very good.

Hi Phillip, We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. During a website audit in June 2020, we noticed our pricing for the products in question was incorrect and had been listed at £10 for some time. The correct pricing was adjusted to £12. This price is reflective of many suppliers, including our online store, however we do understand that from time to time suppliers place products on offer. Really easy to order and reasonable delivery time for a free delivery service! My dogs LOVE the food. Only down side it the ridiculous about of packaging the food came in I’m now left to get rid of somehow! Will have to be a tip run or will literally fill my bin!

Hi Zena, Very sorry to hear your four legged friend was feeling unwell. We would strongly recommend you consult with your trusted veterinarian for any illness your pet has as there are a number of underlying conditions that can cause illness. Unfortunately, as you did not get in touch with us and an investigation was not conducted with any conclusion, it can not stated that Naturo was the cause of illness. We would strongly urge a professional medical opinion to substantiate any medical claims that are being made publicly. Naturo is made from 100% natural ingredients in consultation with nutritionists, we would never create a product that would cause any harm to our four legged friends - we love them too much! The tinned grain free dog food is enjoyed by my dog but unfortunately, the company still hasn't fixed the problem of not being able to purchase their items online which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. So instead, you have to keep ringing them up to purchase their items sold online. This has been like this for well over a year and I would be very grateful if they could fix this known problem.

I ordered puppy food from you and after I had ordered I noticed that I would have received free delivery if I spent over £29. I had ordered £27, so asked if I could order more to make up the difference and not pay delivery. The answer was yes so I emailed back to say thanks that is what I would like. I later had an email to say that this could no longer be done as the order had been dispatched. I looked at my account which said on hold, so I emailed back and Lauren said that it had gone. I went back in 5mins later and my account said dispatched? I find this very disappointing and a little unkind as I was willing to spend more money with you. I received my order 3 days later and my puppy does like the food very much, it's just that the customer service could have been a lot more helpful and let me add to my order, without being deceitful.

Hi Laura, We do apologise again for this inconvenience. Our original response was that we could not amend orders once they were in the system, but we could try to cancel it (if it had not been packed) for you to reorder. We then informed you cancellation could not occur as it had already been picked and packed by our warehouse. In order to deliver within 3 working days, we have a very fast operations system which includes same day order and packing - yours happened to be one of the same day order and packs. Naturo currently is unable to cancel or amend orders due to the system we use to ensure quick delivery, and we were trying to see if we were able to cancel your order before it reached the warehouse as an anomaly, but unfortunately this could not happen at the time. Profile status of 'on hold' also meant we were awaiting the tracking number from DPD Ireland, and it was received and inputted in the time your correspondence occurred by the logistics team. We would have been more than happy to explain all of the above at the time if you had asked :) Please be assured that we had worked hard at the time to try and fulfil your request but it was unfortunately not possible and we by no means want you to feel that we had been misleading, as this was not the case.

Your order was processed at a time that delivery was slightly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and extra pressure being put on courier services. We did inform customers of this delay via the website, email and social messaging that it was taking up to 5 working days at the time :)

Overall actual products were good. I misread the sizes and so when some smaller ones came I was surprised and so they weren't the value for money I expected. The items were posted in a massive box that was triple the size that was needed.

Yes we do sell both 150g and 400g to suit both small and large breeds :) All of our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and you can recycle our product packaging too - including the boxes and paper that is used to protect your product! Our box size comes as standard, but I can certainly pass your feedback on to the team. :)
