“My dog is a picky eater but enjoyed the Naturo chicken kibble. However delivery is expensive (£7 compared to other brands that do not charge) and took over a week to arrive.”

“Our family pet absolutely loves Naturo which we give him with dry food. He clears it all up. I’ve only given 3 stars because there were many tins dented in our delivery. The package was perfect but unfortunately in the shrink wrapped tins there were at least 5 tins in each pack dented. We actually wondered were they dented before they left your warehouse? Is that a possibility? I would recommend Naturo but I can’t recommend online ordering. At the moment I have no option because I’m not very well and it’s much easier to have a delivery.”

“My dogs like the food but delivery is terrible. Keeps getting delivered to random neighbours, i dont get told which neighbour or even that its been delivered so have to wait until one of them hopefully remembers to tell me.”

“Order arrived very quickly but after opening some of the food, one of the boxes had 3 out of 7 trays unusable as they were split and could have been stale or contaminated. Have sent details to customer services to ask for replacements or part refund”

“I ordered online but unfortunately, for the second time now, I had to throw almost one whole pack away. Eleven of the 12 tins were badly damaged. So the packaging is inadequate and should be marked fragile. A shame as it's a convenient way for me to purchase this dog food.”

“I buy Naturo dog food in bulk direct on subscription, this works well but i find they ship too many boxes together which means they're too heavy to carry. while i accept this helps cost-wise it's neither practical or safe in my opinion having suffered back problems from picking these boxes up. Also recently i noticed two batches of the lamb with rice seem to have been possibly overcooked, arriving very hard and dry in comparison usual product. In addition, occasionally a package will arrive with a broken seal which i have to throw away for safety reasons. Generally, this is a good product that my dog likes and tolerates well but i wonder about quality control and commitment to the brand sometimes.”

“Boxes arrived in perfect condition no outter defects at all but unfortunate many cans are dented so would seem that they were packed this way. Have not lifted a can out of the multi 12 pack that has not been dented all around so appears to be a general issue see attached phot taken of centre of pack, appears cans sent are in poor condition before sealing into the plastic covering as dents are all over cans and throughout the pack even in the centre. This would not have happened in transit as boxes arrive perfect as noted and as cans in middle of boxes and centre of packs of 12 have dents all over them, as the photo.”

“Happy with product price and speed delivery. Unfortunately MOST of the time we’re dented some quite badly. The packaging of The items could have been much better as they were just put loose in a large cardboard box”

“Smooth cat food which the cats mostly seem to like. The reason I have knocked off stars is that the smell is awful and there is too much packaging. I would like to see more recyclable materials. I'm afraid the smell would prevent me from re-ordering. If you have a cat who eats everything straight away then this is a decent quality product.”
