Ordered after my cat tried the tuna mousse I got in Sainsbury's but the ones I received, both tuna and salmon are extremely dry, only the chicken one is moist and she's really enjoying it. Also found very strange the size of the box I was sent, you could fit 10 boxes instead of the 3 I ordered.

Hi Maria, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the products you received directly from us. All of our mousses have a 75% moisture content. We welcome any feedback you would have about our packaging at enquiries@naturopetfoods.com. Our mousses come 8 to a box :)

I can’t knock the quality of the food and my dogs love it. HOWEVER some times the delivery can be very slow! I’m also currently missing half my Recent order and waiting on a reply to my email that was sent Friday and it’s now late Saturday evening. Quicker customer service would be good.

Hi Steph, I am sorry to hear that you had problems with your order, I hope they are rectified now. Our operating hours for emails and phone calls are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, so this is why you would have received a delay in reply for a Friday email. Love the product but did not notice that the food I ordered was a mini version of the one you see in supermarkets. It works out cheaper to buy in tescos rather than buying these smaller portions.

Hi Christopher, You would have bought the 150g instead of 400g tray :) our 400g trays work out at around £7 for 7 on our website:)

My dog has a sensitive stomach and enjoys Naturo. However I have tried to submit a complaint several times about a dented tin of food which exploded on opening. It was only 1 of 36 but I thought it was important to feed back the issue. The complaint has failed to go through on every occasion so the web page needs to be fixed.

The food is good but still can't order the food online as there seems to be something wrong with the payment system. Raised this with the company several times but I have to say the problem has still not been resolved.

One item missing - was reimbursed without any communication. Only found out when I looked at my bank statement....by which time I had emailed Naturo to say item was missing, to which I have never received a reply.

Whilst the product is good and obviously in short supply as we cannot find it in local supermarkets anymore the shipping is not great a broken box arrived with our order in it.

The grain free chicken is ok and my boy likes it. The only downside is that the potatoes cubes could be a bit smaller to make them easier to digest. Noticed also that in previous and current batches the potatoes outweight and it's less meat/veg.

I was really disappointed not to receive a confirmation email. I was unsure if my first order was processed so ended up ordering a second. The first order ended up arriving but the second didn't???? An email would clarify if the order has gone through successfully. Apart from that, my dogs love the food and I will continue to buy.

Assumed tins would have same style of food as trays because ingredients look just as good, unfortunately dog doesn't like chunks in jelly either duck or turkey. Also cooking/prep must be different as well cos they're causing dog a little discomfort, luckily bought some trays too which never upset her digestion.

My dog has sever allergy’s to a lot of stuff as a result he can only have naturo food, unfortunately he will only eat the food in the cans and not in the trays, so it’s a shame that there is a much larger range of flavours available in the tray form, however he absolutely adores your food and I couldn’t fault it one bit, he’s a malamute and so takes a lot to keep him full up and healthy but your food has never let us down in the 6 years of his life and he will continue to have it until then, we do worry about when he reaches the age and requires a specific senior food however we hope by then you may developed one, orca is also a massive fan of your liver biscotti

Hi Beth, we're happy you've found a food that works for your dog. We only launched the cans in 2017, so at the moment there are just the 3 flavours, however, we know how popular they are with our customers and expanding the range is something we're working on :) We're also delighted to hear we enjoys the brownies :)

Food is great quality, nutritious and tasty...so my dogs tell me! BUT the customer service has been less than quality. I have placed 2 orders direct with Naturo HQ: the first order was incorrect which was a huge disappointment as items are going into goodie bags for our Christmas Dog Training Party Class; the second order went to the wrong address even though the packing slip had all he correct information on! Shame. Can't fault the food but am disappointed with the customer care.

My retriever has digestive issues and copes well with Naturo However Packaging damaged leaking food and dented tins..first time this has happened
