Food is great but bulk packing needs improving consideraibly.

Purchased packs of 12 but not an equal amount of flavours .. predominantly 6 x chicken, 3 x duck and 3 x turkey (and three of which were dented!). Otherwise my dog likes the food.

Everything is fine but I am giving average review because of the packaging of dry food. When I buy is from Tesco it's a re-sealable plastic bag..while when I bought from naturo directly, the package delivered where paper bag with oil all around in bottom. I cannot reseal and bag is not water resistant too

Great food for my dog. Healthy and she likes it. Find it annoying that I buy a month's supply from the manufacturer but I pay more than I do if I buy one packet from Ocado. Any additional middleman making profit but it is cheaper? Two stars deducted.

As usual the delivery was quick after placing the order. All the other occasions I have received the order there have been no problems. This time however practically all of the 36 cans had a dent of some kind, some quite deep. So a little disappointed on this occasion.

Delivery service poor l had to follow up our order with Customer services as dpd had not received the goods. It took 9 days for delivery from ordering. I spoke to Naturo CS who were great and the dog food was with me within 2 days.

My pup loves this mixed with his kibble on an evening, only downside is the lack of supply, couldn’t get it from my local store, had to buy in bulk from suppliers who at the time were also sold out!

The food is good, but packing and delivery by DPD is extremely poor. I have only once received undamaged cans, as they used air filled plastic bags, rather than squashed paper for packing. In spite of box saying fragile handle with care DPD drivers just drop the box on the door step damaging the content. Naturo MUST use plastic air filled packing bags AND use a reliable delievery service.

I’m very pleased with the service and product. My dog enjoys the food. However, we chose this company because it’s a family business and the packaging is recyclable, to our disappointment the dried food is now in plastic bags rather than paper. I can see this new packaging is resealable but really couldn’t we just keep the paper and use a peg to keep it close. I store ours in a dog bin. I will now look for alternative food. Shame.

Hi Elaine, I can confirm the Naturo Dry range is now in paper bags. The order you received was the end of our plastic dry bag range, as we did not want to waste product or packaging by dumping perfectly good dry food. Please be assured all dry bags from now on will be in our 100% recyclable paper bags. My dog loves this food and we have been ordering it online for over a year. Sadly, on three occasions, the food has been mouldy.

Delivery for the products I ordered has been a nightmare. Firstly company did not put my full address on the label, subsequent attempts to get the items delivered have not been successful. The company use DPD instructions are to leave in a safe place seems to be an impossible feat for themselves to accomplish. Hoping 4th attempt Monday 1st will prove more successful.

Great product, my dog’s coat has really improved. He has a sensitive stomach but the food is not causing any issue. Great time’s for delivery but lots of packaging for recycling. Could this be reduced?

Food is good, my dog enjoys it. However, I have dropped stars for packing, HUGE box fir the amount I ordered. Expensive carriage charge to others I’ve found.

Dogs enjoy the food but delivery is very slow. I have not received this order yet and have had to buy some so they don't go hungry!
