“Ordered a pair of skate board rails, the package in which they came had already been opened or just badly packaged, the rails were missing., the guys from customer service say they were delivered showing a picture taken by Royal mail, and presume they think that I'm a con artist trying to get a free pair sent. Disgusting.”

“Haven’t received my parcel, claims to be in my safe place but I’ve not received it and still waiting for my refund. A shame as it’s my first purchase, won’t be ordering again.”

“I did not collect the item because import taxes, amount of which I did not know, were very high. Almost like skateboarding. When the board returns to the sender, I kindly ask for a refund for this reason. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks. Best ragards, Andrea”

“Bought Birdhouse Hawk Sprial Deck and it's a fake. Has no circle hologram sticker on top like birdhouse always has and the Birdhouse logo is outlined on top which Birdhouse never does either plus the type is smaller and stickers are different as well. Very disappointing especially since I paid over $30 to have this shipped to the United States”

“very very very complicated with paying tax to ecomsolutions and than paying twice the same tax to stiching mollies, which was wrong, but up to now I payed 135.-€ for the board and the pants, and 70,44.-€ tax, this is horrible I dont know anybody in Europe who is a brexit fan....”

“Still waiting for my order to arrive... 9 days after ordering.. I know there is a postal strike on, that's why there is a delay. But native skates knows about this issue, like everyone does, so why use Royal mail...? Use a different postal service.. Not hard to figure out, especially around Christmas when msot orders are for presents. Not impressed”

“I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered by DPD. Suggest you think about using a different carrier. They arrange a date to deliver and then cancel at last minute This has happened twice. They now say delivery will be 28 November, this was sent to me on 2 December Not good enough”

“I had bought a hoodie from this site, I had voiced my concerns about scuffs on the logo on the hoodie and they played it off as if it was a part of the design which really upset me as I’ve recently had a friend who had the same hoodie tell me that’s not correct at all.”

“You didn't get back to me for 2.5 weeks - only when I was asking about the status of my parcel you let me know that - ahhh well "shipping to the Canaries is soooo expensive" .. WTF - how would I have been able to order and pay in the first place? Then you forced me to ship to some EU mainland country - in my case Austria where I had to pay >50% of the actual order price in tax”

“Graggmasterflash on your eBay shop cancelled my bid on santa cruz skateboard deck meek slasher decoder teal I was the highest Biden I was winning the bid and he as the cheek to say he thought I wasn't genuine he as kids and as to put food on the table totally a joker I was highest bidder at £67 and he dropped me out”
