“Purchased a £60 skateboard deck. Used it for half an hour and it started falling apart on the edges. My cheap boards were more sturdy. Complained and returned it to them to inspect and they are saying it is normal wear and tear. They did send me a cheap deck to use whilst they looked at it and the cheap board is actually sturdier than the £60 board. They are refusing to exchange or refund their rubbish board. My advise is do not buy from this company the customer service is pathetic. I am not someone who complains normally I am just upset as this sub standard deck was a birthday present for my son. Avoid and buy elsewhere”

“Im very disappointment, ask for a Zero skateboard and i got some blank skateboard made in china (i know zero is made in china nowdays, but this one its clearly a cheap board not a Zero EVER) i wasn't convince when i saw it, to be sure, i took the grip tape off, you can check the pictures, and video, there is no zero branding anywhere, this is not my first Zero skateboard, i bought the complete skateboard because i couldn't find just the deck with that design. Ask for a refund, part of the answer: "is designed and aimed more for beginners, and will have been made slightly cheaper... due to the condition you've put it in, as our policy states all products to be returned for a refund in the original packaging, unused and in the original condition they were upon receiving " I use it once.”

“From someone that has used native skate store for years I am extremely disappointed that my last order was an absolute waste of time and money. None of the t-shirts I ordered came in protective film, one had stains on an I had to send it back another was frayed. I'm still weeks later waiting for a refund. I have nothing positive to say except I will not be ordering from here again.”

“Your boards break immediately as you store them incorrectly I assume, worst boards I've ever bought and I've skated for 11 years now, they last on average 2 days! Store is cramped can cluttered, could do with some aesthetic touches so u can actually move around the store. Also the staff in store are rude and look/ treat you like a moron. Worst 'local' skate shop ever in my opinion, u need some customer service courses for your staff, especially the African lady behind the counter. My advise would be to employ ppl who actually skate/ppl who like skaters as it seems your staff do not (I'm sure they do just aren't very friendly) this could be a gold mine as I know at least 30 skaters that don't shop at your store anymore for the reasons I've already raised.”
