“While the product matches the description and arrived intact, everything else went wrong. It took me 45 days to receive my board because it was a preorder. The store changed the shipping date up to four times. In addition to paying the high shipping costs, you have to pay customs duties. The result: a very expensive board and an agonizing wait. Fortunately, the sales department responds quickly and courteously. In any case, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING BOARDS IN PREORDER, and I still recommend that you double-check if the board is in stock. A somewhat poor shopping experience.”

“Pre-ordered a Winkowski deck which was due to be released on 28-02-24. It came two weeks later due to global shipping delays. I have no problem with the delay but there was no heads up email from Native. Only communication I had was when I enquired about the matter on two occasions. I previously enquired about a Jeron Wilson deck which they said they were getting in and they would contact me. I never heard from them and later found through a Google search they had the deck and was sold out by that time. Although Native prices on their products are really well priced I think their communication is poor. Sorry guys.”

“The orange vans hoodie is nothing like the picture advertised ,quality of the jumper is really poor ,very thin material and black printed logo ,totally wasted my money ,I own a lot of vans hoodies and tbh wondering if this is actually a genuine vans product ?”

“Ordered two caps - box arrived completely battered and the more expensive calm arrived without a tag to prove it’s authenticity and that it was indeed new! Unimpressed and waiting to hear back from customer services”

“My purchase wasn't properly packed. It was wrapped in cardboard but the ends weren't closed. It was a £70 blanket (v overpriced for what it was) and the care in packing was dire.”

“So I brought a deck through here and send two address to the worker since it can't be shipped to the P O Box address. However, the worker somehow mixed the two address together, making it an address that doesn't exist. Now it's missing. It takes them a long time to contact me and it went on so slow. It's almost been a week now and the worker still didn't really help me. I don't want to be mean but this is really how my experience is....”

“Sorry to give such a bad review and its not that big of deal but i ordered a green thrasher sticker and a blue independent sticker but when they came it was original thrasher sticker and a red independent sticker which i already have.”

“Delivery time was good, very quick. The board itself came with large scratches adjacent to both ends where the trucks sit. Very disappointing considering I was paying for a brand new deck (which arrived in bubble protection...). Due to me intending to use the deck for it's sole use I haven't bothered with a return.”
