“I have had a Panda mattress topper for a few years and it really helps reduce joint pain on knees and hips. When I removed the cover to wash it, in bright sunlight,I realised the foam has discoloured all down the centre. I guess with perspiration,so have just bought another. But it is much thinner foam than my original one. I haven’t tried it on the bed yet but I’m worried it might not be so good.”

“I would have give this a four star for how it feels to lie on and the comfort etc. However come on panda have a think how you're making these straps. Making them so they stupidly go on and angle is terrible as it keeps just pulling off under the mattress. This should have been designed so the straps go right underneath from the sides and not on the corners of a mattress.”

“Update: After posting this review I was thankfully called by Callan from Panda, who got right to work to make this right and was able to organise the correct collection 2 days later, right before the holidays. The experience was disappointing but they did make it right in the end so I've updated the review accordingly from 1 to 3. Thank you. After liking their pillows, I ordered the Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress last month as we needed a new one we were quite excited. We were disappointed however to find that it was much firmer than expected going by the description. That was fine though as that's the way online purchases can work, and there is the 100 night guarantee, so we asked to return and ordered a mattress from another company. This was actioned and we waited for the courier but this is where everything sadly went south. After selecting a date with the courier, which was almost 2 weeks later, they finally called on the day to say they were coming to deliver our "new mattress". Confused we clarified this was a return but no the courier somehow had another Panda mattress to deliver to us and wouldn't be able to take away the one we already have due to not "having the slips". They washed their hands of it and cancelled the delivery so I've now been left with a heavy king size mattress that I've had to move myself since our new one is coming and will no doubt be stuck with over the whole holiday season now. I've tried to contact Panda today to try and rectify the situation ASAP as there's no place for this massive mattress but I've got no response via email hours later and their phone line just goes to voicemail extension "1001". A very disappointing experience. I won't be buying from Panda again.”

“The topper is comfortable. When I opened it I noticed a mark in the centre indicating it has been previously used. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them. That part I'm not impressed with”

“Received “bamboo” mattress protector as present for child. It is very plastic, surprised the sides were plastic which really didn’t need to be. Also delivered in a plastic bag with plastic label tie. All in all not very sustainable as claimed. Product quality is otherwise reasonable and delivery was good.”

“I was really hopeful this was going to ease my back and hip pain unfortunately it has not made any difference and unfortunately because my matress is high anyway the sheet won’t won’t fit over the topper and my matress. On the plus side it is very comfortable to lay on.”

“I purchased my mattress protector ln December 2020. Overall it is easy to put on and feels comfortable when in use. Given that it is not as cheap as some available I have been a little disappointed that the stitching has come apart for about 1cm along one edge. It doesn't seem to be getting any worse probably down to the good fit of the idea and lack of movement when on the bed. However, I would have expected better than that.”

“What has happen to these pillows? I bought one of these pillows last year and despite my original uncertainties I stuck with it and it has proved to be a comfortable and supportive pillow. I decided to order another specifically based on the experience of this pillow but the new pillow is very different. It’s much softer and less supportive. It’s feels inferior to my original pillow - why?”

“Prompt service, This a very comfortable pillow However it is on the smaller side which means my regular pillow cases are now looser fitting than I would like. it's not a deal breaker, It's just something to consider before purchasing”

“Guarantee registration does not allow for more than one of same product in same purchase (same order number). Had to provide individual family names to create guarantee for each product when purchased by one family member only. Topper is so far of good quality and comfortable.”

“I bought a new Harrison Spinks mattress in October, which despite feeling lovely in store, turns out to be too firm. Saw so many "best buys" recommending this topper, so thought I'd give it a try. I now get a good amount of cushioning and squidge, but still not enough to wake up totally free of aches and pains and definitely still can't lie on my side as doesn't provide enough pressure relief. I weigh just shy of 8st, so others may get less benefit. I was however very impressed with service, packaging and delivery. I would say it's an excellent choice is your mattress just need more cushioning or starting to wear out.”
