“I ordered a panda pillow as it was recommended by a friend. I had been using a different brand memory foam pillow for years & needed to replace my current pillow. I like the panda pillow but it is a little too soft, I like a firm pillow.”

“I like the fact that it does keep me cool in the summer and I used to sleep on top of duvet since the material feels great. However because of the design of the duvet and the picture I saw advertised I was not sure if the duvet needed a cover or not. With time the material did start to gather so now I keep it protected with a duvet cover. What originally drew me to the product was the materials it was made from, so I was happy with the purchase. Overall I am still happy with the products and when winter comes I tend to use an extra blanket.”

“Fast delivery and packaged well. It’s very comfortable when laying on your back but I don’t find it gives me much support on my side. I’m getting used to it now, and sleeping well.”

“Duvet cover is amazing (very warm, but not sweaty and also, not heavy), but pillow is far too thick - sadly only started causing me neck pain after the 30 day trial! If I could, I would swap it for the child's pillow (even though I am a fairly large 34 years old!!!)”

“The mattress topper is comfortable, however it was described as keeping you cool at night, but it makes me a bit too warm. Also, the elastic bands that are there to keep it in place are not wide enough a deep king size mattress. Panda need to sort out these issues. I wish that I had returned it but circumstances prevented me doing it in the 30 days allowed.”

“The topper isn’t exactly what I expected. It is comfortable although I was expecting it to fit to my body shape. The holding straps don’t hold it for long. They could do with being adjustable or connect to the other. It was also £40 cheaper in Costco then the actual Panda website where I purchased. So I was a bit miffed to see that after the fact. I think I’ll just save up for a tempur mattress instead.”

“Bought this mattress topper almost exactly a year ago and have been disappointed at how long it didn't last. Customer service when I bought it was great, it came really quickly, didn't take long to expand. My problems started about 3 months in where I realised that there had become a bit of an indentation where I usually sleep. So I turned it around and got about another month of it feeling pretty good. Then had to flip it over which didn't do much. Suffice to say, after about 6months it really hasn't held up, and over the course of the last 3 months I have been getting pretty bad back and hip pain from where it isn't giving any real support. Real let down given the price, I would have expected it to at least have lasted a year hopefully longer. I'm now going with another brand to replace my mattress topper. Fingers crossed it goes better than this!”

“I ordered this duvet as I was having night sweats and this stated it controls your temperature. I have had this duvet for a few months now. It’s a lovely, heavy duvet, but I do still have night sweats. I’m guessing because it’s a natural filling they don’t seem as bad as with a cheaper duvet. It’s more comfortable but it does not stop my night sweats. I’m glad I purchased it but it’s a very expensive buy and not stopped my night sweats so that’s why I have given it a 3.”

“I bought a whole set- super king duvet, pillows and a bedding. Bedding is absolutely amazing. Pillows are nice, but impossible to use with their own pillowcases due to the size. Pillows always coming out from the case. Looks like no one tested it together. Simple zip or buttons would do the job . Unfortunately we now using different pillow cases because it is very annoying when your pillow lives separate life. I am surprised that Panda has only one type of pillows for adults and they haven’t been bothered to make it work together! For the price it is disappointing. I do agree with other reviewers, duvet has fluff coming out, overpriced for what is it.”

“The bedsheets are soft, very soft - like almost silky. This will be great in late spring and summer - but for autumn and winter - they simply remain too cool - and really do hold a chill. I was way too cold when I tried them the day they arrived in December - so took them off and put my flannel/brushed cotton sheets back on until May. The other slightly annoying thing is the tightness of the buttons - they’re REALLY tight and fiddly - means that putting the sheets on and off is a frustrating job.”
