“Hi don't have contact nr I buy jobs for more than 1000£ and 90% of jobs it's all ready done or not any more interested to do and not giv my any credit back”

“I have had Understair storage fitted by W&J Construction SW Ltd, please see pictures of poor craftsmanship for 16 years experience. After sending him 5 WhatsApp messages, and 2 emails, informing what needs finishing, he has chosen to ignore all. I have draws that only pull out half way, which I have to pull open with 2 hands, big draw I have to close using a foot at base of draw as well as pushing at the top. Sliding hinges have been padded out as made too narrow. Main door hinges have just been fitted to piece of wood, thus not being able to close properly, and there is a gap on the side. I have tried to contact Will, he has blocked me from his Facebook since I left him negative feedback and on My Builder, stating his poor craftsmanship. I feel knowing this your customers wouldn’t like you promoting someone that is producing shoddy work. You can view his craftsmanship on Bad Builders & Contactors”

“Been using them nearly a year, 50% of the jobs are hoaxes and way more expensive than MyBuilder...I have given them a £100 this week and both jobs were fictious ..they refuse to do a refund...trade support is non existent....go MyBuilder every time!”

“We used Empire Home Improvement Ltd, to replace our guttering. They unreliable and have left us with leaky guttering. They are not trustworthy. Job quote need to verify the tradespeople more,before they receive any quotes.”

“Sally PM contractors LTD arranged to come and reassemble two wardrobe on Saturday at 10 am. I was waiting for the handyman but he didn’t show up. I called him and he said he had forgotten. He said he could come at 6pm but I cancelled the job. Very disappointing.”

“VS Roofing & Construction , Colebrook Lane , 10, IG102HQ Loughton, United Kingdom They are claming that they are a Ltd company and they are a con. The have damaged a lot of things in my home. but the major demage is to my patio and the swiming pool which resulted in a very expenseve repairs. They were doing pointing to the slabs and they left them all lose and desappeard without explinatin. Valera the so called owner blocked my phone and not responding. before he dissapered he left a considrable numbpers of tools including very new havey tools. I do not know what to do.”

“A builder started work from your site, BS Construction birmingham ltd. Many errors made by these so called builders. Gas pipes work done on boiler and we had hot water in the garden tap!!! Not gas safe registered!! 8 + works to be rectified as mentioned by site inspector!!!”

“As a tradesman this is possibly the worst site out there. They basically sell you a phone number. No body will ever answer the number and they will justify selling you the number because it rings! They’ve probably got 700 phones in their office that just ring and every time they ring they must be laughing their heads off”

“Tradespeople beware! Tradesmen be careful!!!!! !!!!stay away!!!!! I was registered with them as an electrician, until today when I had the last dispute with them because of cald leads. When trying contact the costumer there is No customer to give quote no response on 10 phone calls no reply on texts or emails, When trying to request back money Stewart lying and saying that they were able to contact costumer, when that nonsense doesn't go through, suddenly is new excuse "terms and conditions" etc from Stewart just not to refund and even if you manage to get a "refund" from them they'll give it to you as credit on their platform and not money in your bank account. Its just showing what sort of business they're running.”

“I am a trades person I got in touch with my job quote. To let them know I had leukaemia. And I would not be able to work anymore this was the beginning of march I had 250 credits. They said they would refund money back into my account still waiting they will not reply to my emails asking for someone to ring me . I have spoken to a lot of my customers. And they have said they will never use them again .there will be further reviews from some customers they are discussed with them .trading standards on monday”

“Wished I could give this site no stars! I am sure its a great site for people who do actually want work but for the tradesmen, this site is a total con!! Each lead costs on average £8 with a minimum of 1 in 3 chance of winning the job. Some customers do not even have the decency to respond and this lousy site does not care. They only give you 48 hours to register the complaint but how should you give a customer the chance to reply????!!!!”

“I’ve sent now 2 messages ! About client that don’t exist !!! You pay for the lead you can't reach because they don’t want And some bright spark in the office says you have 48 to make the response about the lead . Yes I would really like to talk as your support is as bad as the people that don’t even make any attempted to call , support is ! Try to help ? Sorry it’s passed 48 hrs . I can't believe how this your support .”
