“I may have missed it on your website but it would be good to assure some level of checks carried out on traders. I wasn’t able to view reviews or any statement from you to confirm the traders are legitimate and experienced/ qualified. If it is, then manoeuvring on your website should be a lot more user friendly. I got a good builder but I must say I was apprehensive when going ahead as I didn’t realise it wasn’t checkatrader when I googled it.”

“You need to becarful on this site as I've had good workers from this site and also really bad workers. The down side is if they mess up your house you can't really claim anything from the company and only form of contact with the department is email and they take ages to reply”

“Cristian did an ok job however he took longer than expected and he also sent his co worker to complete most of the work. Unfortunately my sink was left with a small leak, however his co worker came back to fix the leak but unsuccessfully. Overall the bathroom is not perfect but looks nice”
