“We ordered some personalised items for a newborn. They were exactly as pictured and good quality. One of the items however must have got cracked during delivery and was broken. The customer service team were apologetic and asked for some photos and then promptly replaced the item with next day delivery - thank you! “This is the 3rd personalised denin jacket I have bought from here, to give them as presens, and the first two were really beautifully embroidered motifs and the babies names. So I came back here when my first grandchild was born and without exitation ordered for her a denin jacket with her name and the Mini beasts wreath. My daughter was so happy when she received the little jacket, it is beautiful dont get me wrong, but it is not embroydered. I think I would have chosen another motif, embroydered, had I known that this was the case. I believed that thery were all embroydered and this wasn't made very clear on the details. But in the end, it is a lovely Jacket. I keep buying them but would now only choose the ones that are embroydered.”
