“The quality of the blanket was very good but you could barely read the name on it as it was virtually the same colour as the blanket. My advice is buy the blanket but do not bother with getting it personalised.”

“From previous experience I would have normally gave 5 stars, however we the amount of to and from emails I have had to send to your custtomer services and the complaint still not being resolved I have had to leave a lower score. The first box I received was crushed and therefore I couldn't give the birthday present to my friends daughter. This was down to your courier Evri thinking it was suitable to deliver such a parcel which was ripped and crushed. I didn't receive a refund on the delivery because your colleague Geraldine said because the parcel arrived on time there was nothing she could do, even though I had sent pictures to prove how the parcel was received.”

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a damaged gift box, especially when it was meant for a special occasion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
We did arrange for a replacement gift box to be sent out on express delivery as soon as the issue was reported, in an effort to resolve the matter quickly. However, we’re sorry that we weren’t able to refund the original delivery cost, as the parcel did arrive within the expected time frame.
That said, your feedback regarding the condition of the parcel and the courier’s handling has been noted and shared with our logistics team.
