“I have used you many times in the past and never had any complaints for my grandchildren and friends gifts but feel disappointed with this order. I ordered two Abacus’s one for our granddaughter and one my great nephew and ordered 2 boxes and 2 individual cards with them. The order took longer than usual and both items were in the same box which was damaged and both the names were on one card.”

“The parcel was very late in arriving and missed your promised time of delivery. So I was not able to give this present on the correct day. When the hat arrived it was the wrong design on the front but as the hat was embroidered with the correct name, I let that go.”

“I ordered the Bluey lunch box with the individual segments, the box it's self is great, but it's been washed by hand with a little warm water and washing up liquid and the letters of my child's name is coming off, so I now have a very unhappy 3¾ year old 😭, I would not get said box personalised if I were you.”

“The bunnies I ordered were lovely and soft and appeared well made however I was disappointed with the personalisation as I was expecting this to be embroidered rather than just iron on as this made them look a bit cheap.”

Unfortunately, we’re unable to use embroidery on this item, as the back of the stitching would be visible on the back of the bunny’s ear. We use a durable heat-press personalisation method, which ensures the design stays secure and long-lasting while keeping the finish neat and comfortable.

“Very pretty bag and love that the personalisation is embroidery and not a “sticker”. Only issue is that a few threads have already come out of the backpack and the name embroidery (this was visible from first opening the box and we haven’t yet used the bag as is for nursery so still stored in the box) so definitely wouldn’t purchase again for the price.”

“Service and delivery very good, happy with rewards scheme and discounts received after purchase - however disappointed with product (Wooden Pastel Xylophone). The xylophone isn’t tuned at all so is effectively just for display - in fact some of the smaller pegs are lower pitch than larger pegs which is completely counterintuitive.
Obviously I’m not expecting my newborn to become Beethoven using a wooden xylophone - however I was intending the product to be an educational toy and was looking forward to playing simple tunes with my baby which unfortunately won’t be the case, this is a real shame for almost £30.
Looks-wise it is lovely and it’s a nice decoration, but you do wonder how much extra effort it would have been to get the pegs roughly tuned to a major scale so it could be used”

“I recently bought a number of products, which I believe are very nice but I paid for next day delivery and they arrived 3 days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem but I wanted them specifically for my granddaughter who was starting at a new nursery and needed a packed lunch/ box so it was disappointing that they arrived late. “I love the jewellery box I ordered. It is pretty, well made and perfect for a little girls christening present.
