“I have recently purchased one of your gift kits from the website, including a towel, a bunny, and a blanket, all personalised with my friend’s baby’s name.
I would like to start by saying that the products themselves are lovely—soft, beautifully made, and clearly of high quality. I’m very happy with the materials and overall finish.
However, I did notice that the embroidered names on each item use completely different fonts. Unfortunately, this makes the set look a bit mismatched rather than like a cohesive, personalised kit. I had assumed the embroidery would follow the same style across all the items, and I believe this would have made the gift feel much more special and consistent.
I just wanted to share this feedback as a suggestion for the future, in case it’s possible to offer matching fonts for kits like these. I would definitely consider purchasing again if this option were available.”

“Products are always fantastic… I order presents very frequently. Normally great service but on this occasion my order has not arrived. It has been delayed with their 3rd Party Courier on multiple stages of the delivery cycle and is still not out for delivery… which is disappointing given my order was over 10 days ago (on the standard 5 day delivery service).”

“Every time I receive a box that I pay for personalisation, they are damaged. Always at the edge where the gold on the box is. I’d rather you had a better quality box and charged for it as it never looks great when giving it as a gift”

“I recently bought a stuffed boy doll for my grandson for his first birthday last week, and was not happy that the ticket with the washing instructions was sewn into the leg of the trousers. Just how to remove it I left to his mother in case the sewing came apart! The washing instructions were not in the illustration of the doll. The name My 1st years was also sewn onto the trousers on the doll. This was acceptable on its own and was picutured there, but along with my grandson's name up the trouser leg and the washing intructions it looked cluttered. The shoulder straps on the dungarees were also rather loose. The doll was £25 and I feel it should have been reduced in thse sale. I see it is likely to have been the last one as there are no fair haired boy dolls in the sale.”
