Quite unimpressed by the dullness of the design though, colours on the website show strawberry and fruits in a nice bright, standout colour. Whereas mine is very dull no matter what lighting in the room.
Also the unnecessary holes in the woodwork when the screws are put in from the inside of the box whilst building. No covers provided for these holes which overall lowers the quality of finish.”

Which they replied that they only come in one I should have ourchased anither bix. I k8ndly asjed if they woukd send me one free if cgarge but the answer was no. “The products are nice, but having purchased from My1stYears for a number of years it is clear the quality isn't as good as it once was. This is particularly noticeable with the towels which seem much cheaper and nowhere near as soft, even before washing, than they used to be. It's also a shame you can't receive a box per gift set as if you buy multiple gift sets you only have one large box to use. One of the things that was so unique about buying the gift sets was the gorgeous packaging, but now with just one box being provided it doesn't have the same impact when you wrap them.”

“The items that were made are lovely, but very disappointed with the gift box that arrived as it was damaged. When I raised it with the company I was told a replacement box with be sent. They sent a replacement box that was half the size of the original box. Something that would have looked beautiful in the presentation box now needs to be rammed in to a smaller box as they are out of stock of the larger boxes. (Despite still selling the full gift set including box on their website!)
While I appreciate that they maybe out of stock it is disappointing to know that I have spent a lot of money for my friends new baby gift and it is all rammed in to a small box. Be aware that the company use Evri and both packages received have turned up damaged, dented and ripped. All of the items I could have purchased else were but the whole gift set including the presentation box was so much more appealing. I will think twice about ordering from them again!
The company need to ensure that adequate packaging is used if they are to continue using evri.”
