“The backpack is lovely. The delivery process wasn’t great. All took longer than expected and only just got it in time. Communication about that issue was challenging. It was hard to get an answer as to how long it would take they just said there had been delays. Probably would think twice about ordering from them again.”

“Unfortunately I had to return some wellies that I had ordered for my grandson.
After a few emails I did receive guidance as to returning but found it stressful.
I feel a return label sent with goods would be an easier option for those of us not so confident online.”

“I would have given 5 stars as I was really happy with the items I bought but the delivery was terrible. It took Evri one whole week to get them delivered after they received it. So my order took over two weeks from the day I ordered it until it was delivered. Very disappointing”

“Lovely dressing gown I however felt the finish in the item was poor, I paid a lot of money and also £10 delivery to get it before Christmas. There were loose threads that I had to cut off it I’d say at least 4 or 5 places. The workmanship felt rugged. I expected better when paying £40+ for a baby’s dressing gown”

“I ordered 2 dressing gowns for twins. Names to be embroidered, one grey and one white. They were both embroidered in grey but as it was near to Christmas I didn’t want to risk sending them back. This was just carelessness in reading the order and carelessness in checking before they were sent out. So disappointed generally.”

“Generally lovely solid toy box, lovely design.
Quite unimpressed by the dullness of the design though, colours on the website show strawberry and fruits in a nice bright, standout colour. Whereas mine is very dull no matter what lighting in the room.
Also the unnecessary holes in the woodwork when the screws are put in from the inside of the box whilst building. No covers provided for these holes which overall lowers the quality of finish.”

“My order from you was lovely, even though I would have liked two boxes , instead of one as my order was for two separate persons , and delivery was worrying, I think if I hadn’t contacted you I still wouldn’t have the items as evri are not reliable in my area , and delivery is quite expensive, no option for me to collect .”
