Had to buy two because the usage guide for their bags is incredibly misleading - first bought a mini backpack as he’s not even 1 yet, but it was so small it barely fit his spare change of clothes. As it was personalised, I had to buy the second (medium) bag which has been useful. Product quality has been okay. Very quick shipping the first purchase but slow the second, despite choosing the same option at checkout.”

“- Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days but ended up taking 6 so didn't come in time for party.
- Product was too small for 18-24 months. Luckily I got this for a 12 month old as it only just fits him and he is a small to average size baby.

“The ruck sack is beautiful. However, it seems too big for my 5 year old . I have adjusted the straps to try different ways but the bag just sits too high and reaches her head. These medium sized bags definitely need a chest strap on them.”

“I have been a regular customer with My 1st Years for the last 6 years. However my recent purchase of a wooden picnic shape sorter has been disappointing. The product was recommended for 12 months +. However when my 1 year old started using it and biting on them, the paint started coming off..this happened within 5 mins of giving her the toy. “Not happy at all with the deluxe gift box.
The circle seal on the box lid had bin broken, so reopened after sealing. The box lid was torn approx 2 inches in on both sides. The outside wrapping was not damaged at all.
