“A lovely product, but I was disappointed that my sign up discount code didn't apply to it. The 'free' gift is certainly not worth £10 as indicated, it's a tiny stuffed toy worth £3 at most. And the deluge of marketing emails I subsequently got from you was extremely irritating. So the quality of your product was excellent, but I don't like your business model.”

“Ordered this as a gift for a friend’a baptism. The order was only shipped on the final day it was supposed to have been delivered so did not arrive in time for the event. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, and put a downer on the experience. Have not opened the products to see myself as they are in a gift box. The delivery experience really has dampened the purchase though.”

“Service was slower than expected so, although itmes arrived just beofre the necessary date, it was stressful.
The personalised Chair was very well received. The pieces did not quite fit together when assembling it, so it is not quite square and it was too late to do anything about that.

“The wooden activity table is very cute but spending an extra £10 for only a personalised name in a sticker is not worth it. I thought the name would be printed on. The sticker comes off very easily and not worth the extra money.”
