I’ve bought bags in the past from my 1st years but this time I was so disappointed, the bags themselves where of shein quality and the embroidery was awful, come with loose stitching mismatched font and unrecognisable letters, I did contact my first years and they have agreed to refund me and I sent the items back but £70 for two back packs was a lot to pay and unfortunately the quality was no longer there. Not sure I’ll be a returning customer

I’ve ordered from here over 5 times for my nephew and nieces, mainly the personalised backpacks. First time I ordered personalised dressing grown- I ordered 3 including one for my newborn as it was on sale. I can see why it was on sale , the quality was awful. Looked like stock wouldn’t move due to bad quality material. I would return if I could but had to gift the others as didn’t have time to get another gift. Really disappointed.

The products are great, but I find your site difficult to navigate and use. I had added a bag to my second order which didn't register at all, and now am without one for the second child and they (and their parents) will receive their presents together. Although I have received several emails about a 15% discount for a second order, I didn't receive this for my second one, nor did I see anywhere where I could cliam it. Not encouraging, I'm afraid.....

Products very good but communication is poor. Emailed on three separate occasions regarding order to only receive an automated reply after the first email and no further correspondence. No answer from repeated phone calls to “help desk”.

So expensive for the size, wasn’t expecting such a small bag. Colour also not the same as on site- more grey rather than white

I ordered a personalised sofa for my son, delivery was meant to be 5 working days, it’s been 9’working days now and haven’t received it yet! Very disappointed!

My parcel didnt show up on time so i queried it. I couldnt contact evri personally and it took my 1st years 48 hours to receive the response that they dont know where it is. From here my 1st years were very helpful and offered either a full refund or a re order on express delivery which was promised to be 24 - 48 hours. This ended up being 3 days. I was hapoy to get the product in the end and looks good quality but my nieces present was late. So overall not happy would only use again if they stopped using evri. Feel slightly cheated to spend so much on delivery for it to be late. As I said product was great but delivery was terrible and honestly poor of the company not to offer any compensation for this.

I am very happy with the print but unfortunately the delivery company Evri did not take care with the handling & delivery of my parcel. Despite it saying on the packaging ‘Please do not bend’ the parcel arrived bent causing a visible crease on the print & the mount.

The quality of the blanket was very good but you could barely read the name on it as it was virtually the same colour as the blanket. My advice is buy the blanket but do not bother with getting it personalised.

Very disappointed, the bag quality isn’t great especially for the price, the material is tacky. Brought a personalised lunchbox which is supposed to fit in the bottom and it Just fits, I think my daughter will struggle with this in reception. The lunchbox itself is nothing special, just plasticy with a cute print & personalised name. Overall the price is shocking for the quality! I expected far better than this from My 1st years. It’s not the worst, but I’m looking to replace it for sure!

Disappointed with my purchase of a toy box that was described as large and is 75cm long and can't be returned due to personalisation. I have provided feedback that I think sizes should be under the main heading and the word large is misleading. I don't think I'm alone in thinking a toy box described as large i.e. bigger than a standard toy box would be this small.

Very small Noah’s arc for the price. Seems extremely over priced. Nice toy but won’t recommend due to price and small size.

The product it self is fine, but the delivery was terrible. My delivery was delayed for 5 days due to the size of the product - baby armchair. If they change their delivery company other than Evri, it would be much better.

Bought personalised back pack for my grandaughter. Backpack very cheap looking thin material. Paid extra to personalise so had to keep it. Won't be buying from here again!

Disappointed. The bag has no depth to unable a number of books in the bag before the clasp won't fold over properly. I bought the bag for my great nephew who I take to the library. We like to get a variety of books generally around eight at a time. The books vary in size and we have found it a problem to close the bag. I think the bag needs more depth and also to be larger for the money. Even his name is not straight and it only has four characters! Loved the fabric design though.

Bag was ok quality but tiny - nothing like the image shows of it on a 6 year old. Quite disappointed as wanted a larger backpack and this would really only hold a toy. Wrote to 1st years and they wouldn’t help at all so that was also pretty disappointing.

Very basic, I am disappointed in this toy. If I hadn’t got the child’s name on it I would return it! You are paying for the name Peter Rabbit, this toy looks better in the pictures. My husband could have made this probably better.
