“I chose the wrong colour by mistake so I emailed and was sent two confirmation emails from Krisha customer services agent stating the order was cancelled and that I’d be receiving a refund but order went through without a refund in wrong colour”

“Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my purchase, I bought a toy box last year for my granddaughter and it was beautiful but this year I have bought one for my grandson and it has screw holes in the top of it which look awful and not like the picture on your website”

“I have no idea about the quality of the item. I have not received it, I even paid for the fastest delivery option, it is now over 10 days since i ordered and still no sign of my item. The childs birthday, for which this item was a present, has passed and the family returned to their home in Italy. No possibility of me gettting the present to them.”

“2 faulty bags! Ordered a bag for my daughters birthday, only for one of the letters to be put on backwards and completely different colour to advertised on website, I was then told it is supposed to be like that and the customer service sent me the Font sheet of what it was supposed to look like- I was correct, it's on backwards. When realising their mistake then sent me a new bag, but the replacement had the correct lettering but missing the embellishment. So waiting to see if they will send me a correct one. Hopefully 3rd time lucky. The bag itself is nice, and delivery arrived quickly. Would be 5* if it was correct.”

“Luckily damage is on inside of the bag so not noticeable. But makes me question the quality of the item. Made in China.

“I have just received 2 of the build your own mini back packs in cord material for my twin granddaughters and I was disappointed. “First order came with the personalisation on box and card squint and second order came with the personalisation missing from front of box. I had to email twice only consolation was 2 new boxes were sent out express delivery but will not order from here again.”
