“unfortunately despite getting in touch directly with Evri and with 1st years I still have not taken delivery of my items so am unable to review - would love to be able to say I have the named bunny and doll but I have no idea where they are...”

“I am very happy with the print but unfortunately the delivery company Evri did not take care with the handling & delivery of my parcel. Despite it saying on the packaging ‘Please do not bend’ the parcel arrived bent causing a visible crease on the print & the mount.”

“I have recently purchased one of your gift kits from the website, including a towel, a bunny, and a blanket, all personalised with my friend’s baby’s name.
I would like to start by saying that the products themselves are lovely—soft, beautifully made, and clearly of high quality. I’m very happy with the materials and overall finish.
However, I did notice that the embroidered names on each item use completely different fonts. Unfortunately, this makes the set look a bit mismatched rather than like a cohesive, personalised kit. I had assumed the embroidery would follow the same style across all the items, and I believe this would have made the gift feel much more special and consistent.
I just wanted to share this feedback as a suggestion for the future, in case it’s possible to offer matching fonts for kits like these. I would definitely consider purchasing again if this option were available.”
