“I ordered this as a present for my friend, and overall it was a nice order. The item itself was good and it was packed nicely. However, the original box was ripped at the front. I had paid extra for it to look nice since it was meant to be a special gift, so this was very disappointing.
The outer courier box had no damage at all, which makes me think the item was already bent and ripped before it was placed inside the delivery box. It doesn’t seem like this happened during shipping, but rather during packing by the company staff.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to exchange it, so I had to give the present as it was, with the front of the box ripped. It would have been perfect if the packaging had arrived in proper condition.”
