“This was a gift for my grandsons birthday. Delivery was a long time (and didn’t arrive in time)when it arrived it was damaged.
Very disappointing for the money and quality.
When brought up was told that wood was a natural product but that didn’t explain the X on it, also stitching on one of the ears was not complete.
They did offer to collect it and replace it however no one could be there for it to be collected as no given time.
They offered a £10 credit to my account. Felt this was an insult.
Such a shame.”

“I bought my son this bag for his 2nd Birthday! Needed an upgrade for some bigger space now he wants to bring all his toys with us when we’re out (also needed some extra room for the all important inhalers and spacer). “Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a money box for my granddaughters christening and was told it would be delivered on Friday.The christening was on Sunday and I did not receive this item until Monday.When I emailed about it I just got a message back saying we are very busy and are running behind.Not good enough and I would definitely not of ordered it if I knew this in advance.Don’t give promises that you can’t rely on.”
