“The bag sizes have changed. A medium bag is small! How is this happening? I am so disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from here again.

“My parcel has been lost by Evri. I have never had it delivered and am very disappointed as this was for a family holiday on Wednesday. I want this to be treated with urgency and would like my parcel to either be replaced, or a full refund including delivery!!!!
