I’ve ordered from my1styears a few times and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the items bought. This time when I ordered, I had some delivery issues with the courier end and my parcel was going to be re-delivered a week later without explanation. I really needed this item to arrive on time as it a birthday gift therefore got in touch with the customer service team at my1styears explaining the issues I was facing and they dealt with the matter almost immediately. They chased up my delivery with the courier and my item was delivered 2 days later rather than a week later, which just in time for the party I was attending! Thank you so much :)

The chair I ordered was lovely and I was very pleased with it. Delivery though was through Evri who were awful and delayed the chair by 4 days as they deemed it to be a large parcel requiring special delivery. It wasn’t at all

Delivery time massively delayed, customer service agent lied about what they could do for me - offered a £5 voucher to be used within 6 months - why would I order again if delivery times are so delayed!

This was a gift for my grandsons birthday. Delivery was a long time (and didn’t arrive in time)when it arrived it was damaged. Very disappointing for the money and quality. When brought up was told that wood was a natural product but that didn’t explain the X on it, also stitching on one of the ears was not complete. They did offer to collect it and replace it however no one could be there for it to be collected as no given time. They offered a £10 credit to my account. Felt this was an insult. Such a shame.

I bought my son this bag for his 2nd Birthday! Needed an upgrade for some bigger space now he wants to bring all his toys with us when we’re out (also needed some extra room for the all important inhalers and spacer). The bag is honestly adorable. It’s spacious, the design is amazing and my son loves to wear it (on the shortest strap length) even though he doesn’t get very far!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a money box for my granddaughters christening and was told it would be delivered on Friday.The christening was on Sunday and I did not receive this item until Monday.When I emailed about it I just got a message back saying we are very busy and are running behind.Not good enough and I would definitely not of ordered it if I knew this in advance.Don’t give promises that you can’t rely on.
