“I was very happy with all the beautiful products that arrived. My Granddaughter will love them as Easter gifts.
The only disappointment was that the lovely green gift box was torn in two places, so I couldn’t keep it and I would have really liked to as it was gorgeous.
On the whole though, very pleased with the quality and originality of these products.

“The cardigan was of excellent quality and the writing on the back was just as ordered.
However , I paid for this , well in advance of Mother’s Day, but this caused me a lot of stress, as you Must point out, that when you pay for a product, it’s Not sent out, immediately, but goes to “production” and can be there for A WEEK, before sent out. So it was only delivered the day , before , Mother’s Day. Very disappointing service.”

“I ordered a personalised gift for my family for their new born baby, but despite putting the correct spelling in the order, it was sent to the recipient with the wrong spelling. Customer service then wasn’t fantastic and as a “good will gesture” was offered £5!!! Never again, I will shop small business in future!”
