“Parcel late, and as an advent calendar ten days of the month were missed for my little one, then delivered to wrong house, and redelivered not offered. Eventually found the house had been sent to by searching the whole road. Parcel soaked from rain. When opened not fit for purposed as doors only small enough for chocolate and not what it was purchased for. Given to daughter just to play with as no refund offered. Then refund offered if it was sent back at which point it was too late. Very unhappy customer”

“I ordered a peter rabbit tonie box toy that did not arrive in my parcel. My mother opened the box and threw the receipt. You have since asked me for proof? I would not go to all this effort for a £12 tonie box toy”

“Luckily damage is on inside of the bag so not noticeable. But makes me question the quality of the item. Made in China.
Otherwise items are cute and bought in sale, would have been very expensive otherwise for what they are.”

“Would have been higher if gift was sealed in plastic. As it wasn't and I wasn't home when delivered the box was soaked through and as such the chair was soaked and took me 2 days to dry out. Disappointed as have had no issues previously”
