“I have no idea about the quality of the item. I have not received it, I even paid for the fastest delivery option, it is now over 10 days since i ordered and still no sign of my item. The childs birthday, for which this item was a present, has passed and the family returned to their home in Italy. No possibility of me gettting the present to them.”

“Items are great and arrived fast however I selected for the blue gift box as I wanted it as a memory box for my newborn daughter and there was water damage all over it. Thankfully the stuff inside was okay but it’s meant I’ve had to throw the box”

“I bought 2 gowns, with names on. The gowns were ok. But the embroidery name on one was very poor. The good one was not as good as there advert, but ok. The other was shocking. I contacted them and there answer was to give me £5 credit to spend in there store🤔 this was a present for someone and i am very disapointed.”

“2 faulty bags! Ordered a bag for my daughters birthday, only for one of the letters to be put on backwards and completely different colour to advertised on website, I was then told it is supposed to be like that and the customer service sent me the Font sheet of what it was supposed to look like- I was correct, it's on backwards. When realising their mistake then sent me a new bag, but the replacement had the correct lettering but missing the embellishment. So waiting to see if they will send me a correct one. Hopefully 3rd time lucky. The bag itself is nice, and delivery arrived quickly. Would be 5* if it was correct.”
