“I have ordered a personalised blanket to gift my nephew. It was really disappointing to see that the blanket had a mark. Also the gift box was completely ruined so I had to buy another gift box. I have quried the team but no response. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered the personalised abacus and the quality is poor, the blocks don’t spin properly and my child gets frustrated with it so waste of money. I think the blocks don't spin due to bad quality, the whole row spins rather than each block, they get stuck.”

“I bought a toy box as a gift and it came in a horrible flat pack. I felt so embarrassed when the recipient told me. Newborn gift items should not come as a flat pack!”

“I ordered a personalised chair for my Granddaughters 2nd birthday. I had an email to say it was with Evri and I would be notified when they would deliver. It never arrived. When I chased it I was told it had been returned to 1st Years. There is no way of finding where the original chair is and they are now out of stock
