Terrible material and very cheaply made. Ours arrived with a red stain, black marks in several places, and poor stitching with threads hanging out. It looks cheap and scruffy — definitely not worth the price.”

“I ordered 2 personalised items, one was to be a gift.
Received email from Evri saying parcel has been delayed, then nothing further. When I checked tracking 10 days later parcel was being returned to sender without ever having attempted delivery.
Disappointing and embarrassing that I had to turn up to a party with no gift. Customer service were quick to respond when questioned, but to be offered a replacement or refund is just annoying. Perhaps a better courier is required.”

“It was delivered in bad condition. Gift box was broken i cant send it to my friend like this, I contact the customer service and all what they do is giving me a £5 in their website wallet!!! all I ask is a new box!!!”
