I never received my order and left with no presents for my daughter’s 1st birthday.

Such a disappointing purchase for two reasons: 1. When the stocking and present sack arrived, the red fabric had run onto the white trim, turning it a light pink colour. 2. The name is NOT embroidered, although the description and picture make it look like it is. It’s actually a gaudy yellow-gold iron on name. It’s such a shame as it looks beautiful but it was a complete rip off which I returned the same day. The only good moment of the whole mess was Irena’s excellent customer service arranging the return and refund so swiftly.

The personalised name on the robe was very poorly stitched. The box came ripped in a corner . And the note I’ve asked for came with question marks but I’ve put hearts … this was definitely not checked before printing . I’ve ordered before and everything I recieved was pristine . Not the same quality this time .

Gift came damaged boxes awfully presented and no replacement all that was offered was 5 pound voucher. Ruined the gift for my nephew and no offer to replace as out of stock. Both boxes were damaged and train was scratched. Will not use this company again and will be logging a complaint with screenshot. Awful awful service and I will make people aware not to use this company

I complained about the delivery driver throwing my parcel over the fence and damaging my parcel and nobody was responded. I still have a damaged gift box that I paid extra for, that was damaged by someone your company employs.

I have ordered a personalised blanket to gift my nephew. It was really disappointing to see that the blanket had a mark. Also the gift box was completely ruined so I had to buy another gift box. I have quried the team but no response. Very disappointed.

I never received my order and no one is helping me to get a refund or be able to get a replacement. It’s my first time ordering from here and I was so excited to order the gift for my little niece but all that I’ve been left with is disappointment and out of pocket

Poor customer service, poor quality control, item was gift for Granddaughters 1st Birthday and personalisation is poor, the O looks like a number 8. I have emailed company but no refunds or returns on personalised items so beware

Ordered the personalised abacus and the quality is poor, the blocks don’t spin properly and my child gets frustrated with it so waste of money. I think the blocks don't spin due to bad quality, the whole row spins rather than each block, they get stuck.

I bought a toy box as a gift and it came in a horrible flat pack. I felt so embarrassed when the recipient told me. Newborn gift items should not come as a flat pack!

I ordered a personalised chair for my Granddaughters 2nd birthday. I had an email to say it was with Evri and I would be notified when they would deliver. It never arrived. When I chased it I was told it had been returned to 1st Years. There is no way of finding where the original chair is and they are now out of stock Not impressed at all.
