“Placed my order on the 2nd dec & still haven’t received my order, I emailed you to tell you that evri have had my parcel since the 5th dec, to be told I had to wait up to 10 days, nothing has been delivered so I email you again on the 12th & I have now been told that an investigation has now been started by evri which will take up to 48 working hours for you to receive an update, in the meantime I will not receive my parcel in time for my granddaughter’s birthday on mon 15th dec! One very annoyed customer 😡”

“Box arrived damage and was left on the driveway in the rain. The contents were ruined and the wood was chipped. Customer service took unreasonably long to reply. When I did receive a response, nothing was offered as gesture of goodwill. Something to show the recipient of the gift that the company has integrity would’ve been nice. Instead they embarrassed me and have shown themselves to be a company of greed too. 1/5 do not recommend. Paid over £100 for a Peter rabbit bookshelf for a little boy’s first birthday and have nothing to show for it”
“My parcel was delivered in 2 attempts,
The second box was left in an unknown location. I had to chase this with My1st years, first day I called them about 6 times and after 18 mins of waiting the call dropped. Next day I rang again and a colleague was helpful who identified the location as being not clear. I was asked to fill a DOR (form to say I have checked everywhere and in case I am not telling the truth can lead to prosecution- a bit too much but as I was saying the truth, I signed it) I called them again to chase my remaining order, I was on the call for good 40 mins, this colleague kept going back and forth to say it was delivered etc my baby was crying constantly whilst I was on the phone. I was sent a replacement in the end but the whole process of chasing them on email, insta, webchat was really draining. Although there products are really nice but my experience has not been pleasant. I would also like to add that the delivery company is also responsible for misplacing the parcel.”

“Parcel was dumped outside took a day to find thought was stolen. Also bag delivered is a different colour to the pictures on website not happy at all”

“I placed an order on 22nd November for a personalised item for my niece’s first Christmas. This has not arrived and My 1st Years are not committing to a replacement before Christmas. While I appreciate that Evri appears to have misplaced the parcel, I would expect a better response from customer service. I am also concerned reading the other negative reviews on resolving similar issues.”
