“Very bad customer service. Surely will not recommend to anyone. Besides delay in delivery, parcel arrived broken and soaking wet which unfortunately damaged the whole parcel which originally was a personalized baby gift. No response received from merchant when issue was reported about the damaged caused. Never again!”

“I ordered the penguin and personalised it with my sons name. Upon opening it the letter J was already peeling off. I was disappointed and emailed straight away with pictures but I have yet to hear back from your team. I love the penguin it's a shame the name wasn't done properly.”

“I purchased a personalised cardigan for Xmas and used the size guide. Most of the measurements indicated a size of 9 months so I ordered 6-9 months. When it came it was big enough for a 2 year old so I contacted customer services for a replacement. They took so long to reply I couldn’t organise a replacement before Xmas. They also tried to tell me the measurements were of a 3 month old and tried everything to get out of issuing a credit note, wasting a significant amount of my time. They have now asked me to pay postage to send it back, wasting more of my time and money.”

“I purchased two personalized bags from this website and truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Both bags were crammed into a single gift box, and when I opened it, I was shocked by the poor quality. The finishing was terrible and looked cheap.
I sent pictures to the company, and they admitted the bags were indeed of poor quality. However, because it was Christmas, there wasn’t enough time to return them. I had no choice but to gift these poorly made bags to my nephews and nieces so they wouldn’t end up without presents.
When I followed up and requested a partial refund, they refused. This shows the company is money-driven and does not care about customer satisfaction. Aleksandra, the representative I dealt with, was very invasive, lacked empathy, and clearly needs retraining.
Please read other reviews before purchasing from this site. They will disappoint you one way or another. I will never buy from them again.”

“I ordered a gift and was told it had been delivered. On checking I found that the gift had not been received. When I notified the company and the courier of this, the company said the parcel had been delivered. I was sent a photo of a chair and table with said parcel. The courier said they investigated the matter and also said delivery had been made. Luckily, we managed to track down the parcel at another address but if we hadn’t found it, I’m not sure what recourse we would have given the responses received.
This process was stressful and disappointing.”

“Very disappointed with the personalised mugs I bought for my grandchildren.
Lovely Christmas mugs with gingerbread men and the children’s names ruined by having to company logo slapped on them.
On the bottom of the mug, fine.
On the actual mug, totally ruined.
As they were a Christmas gift it was too late to return or I certainly would have done so.”
