“I'm delighted with my purchase. I ordered the toy reindeer & dressing gown set, they are beautifully soft and very good quality presented in a lovely gift box. There was slight damage to the gift box, customer services responded to my email very quickly and despatched a replacement immediately.

“Very disappointed with the personalised mugs I bought for my grandchildren.
Lovely Christmas mugs with gingerbread men and the children’s names ruined by having to company logo slapped on them.
On the bottom of the mug, fine.
On the actual mug, totally ruined.
As they were a Christmas gift it was too late to return or I certainly would have done so.”
