The dressing gown with personalised name embroidered was beautiful. However the gruffalo with personalised name was very disappointing. The name Freddie was stuck on with white stickers and wasn't even straight. A very unprofessional finish and one I could have done myself half the price

I expected a high quality for the price but was disappointed with the products, especially the mini backpack. Bunny ear was chopped off at the top and there are loose threads.

Very poor quality - I purchased the dinosaur robe. Primark quality at double the price. The fabric is very thin, on the photo the product has labels on the left hand side - no labels present. It appears that the garment has been made by a cheaper supplier than the photo.

Piano is so cute and the personalisation just sets it off- bought as a keepsake gift for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. I would have given it 5 stars but the keys aren’t great and difficult to play an actual tune, which we thought you would at least be able to do given the price, but aesthetically it’s lovey and will hopefully look beautiful sitting in her room.

Loved the products but the hooded towel was really creased. It should not have been sent out like this as it was very obvious so you couldn't miss it!

Great bag- like the DiBo design, glow in the dark, bright orange and reflective strips to be eye catching. disappointed the water bottle pouch is inside as toddler/ kids bottles leak or are likely to when used by kids. I thought it had a slim line pouch on one side?

The products we bought were amazing. However, the website and milestone rewards system let us down. The communication was great and didn’t deter me from buying but I will be more aware of the complications when buying in the future.

I've received your items as gifts for the past 11 years so when I had another baby I knew I wanted to get them something personalised and you were my first thought. The products are lovely but I naively didn't look at the dimensions and just assumed, for the price, they would be much bigger than they are. In comparison to the one my eldest has, which is 10 years old, the activity cube is ridiculously small for £49, which I luckily did not pay as it was on offer. It's still beautiful and I'm happy with it, I just wrongly assumed it would be bigger. Check the measurements people!

Item came damaged, as did gift box. Spent 2 hours on chat to get it replaced. They did send out a replacement once I had sent the damaged one back, however this delayed me gifting the present as planned. I am however very happy with the replacement doll as is the child. Customer service needs improvement.
