“Happy with the order but the delivery took longer than it’s on your policy. Little disappointed because that was a birthday gift for our friends so we had to give him later . “The wrong product was sent out to me and they refused to send me the right one until I had, at my own cost (until I requested a prepaid label) and inconvenience, packaged back up the wrong product and they had received it back! So the thing I ordered in time for an important event never made it...
Their customer services was pretty abysmal it was as if I had sent the wrong product out to myself. I won't be rushing to order from them again which is a shame as they have some nice products.”

“Item is really nice quality and as described, but processing of the order took 5 days before it was shipped and I believe it's too long just to personalise a name on a toy. Moreover, I bought a "luxury gift bag" for this as it was meant to be a present and the toy barely fit in the bag, it was just so awkward when I handed it as it looked like I had re-cycled the bag from from something else. I would have expected the size of the gift bag would be sent based on the item purchased, not just a random one, especially considered the price I paid. Not sure I will use this shop again.”
